Don't waste your time and money on this doctor. He's completely incompetent. I had revision surgery with rib cartilage done with him. Even that didn't allow for the reconstruction of what was destroyed by the initial surgery. I requested a shorter, narrower, slightly upturned nose. My nose is still long and shapeless from the front, practically looking like a potato. I also have an inverted V-shaped deformity, lumps, and bumps. My breathing is definitely worse than before the surgery. When I described my concerns and reservations, I was dismissed, and, I quote, "I regret taking on your case." Think twice before deciding on surgery with Roven Sinani.
