I had a great experience here at the hospital starting with miss Rasha as she was with me every step of the way. Upon arriving at the hospital, she was waiting for me in the lobby and helped me through each step of the process (initial check up on eyes to see if I’m elegible for the femto lasik, billing, procedure, and follow up the next day.) Dr. Ramy was explaining the steps of the surgery before and during the operation. Great talent and even greater personalities and humor.

The hospital is well-equipped, the main issue is with the Admin staff, they need to be more costumer friendly and more helpful. They told us to come at 3:30 and the treating physician is coming 4-4:15, no patients rights ……..!!!!!!! Dr Rania is amazing, but again one lady at the reception was calling me “BABA” I think they need more costumer service skills Most the female admin are not into costumer service Males are much better Thanks

Dr. Ramy Riad is one of the best doctors I've ever met. Not only was he very understanding and kind during the examinations, he made sure to comfort me in every step during my Lazik surgery. The Pre and post surgery videos he sent were very helpful. Highly recommended!!
