No recomend this clínic!!!! Only want your money .. your time no count waiting 30 minutes i sing for the treatment and no do facial Massage because she say no have time no speak what doing in the facial bad energie the terapist smell smoke so bad in your face .. the recepcionista súper nice she was with me rigth waiting for nothing don’t Clean good my face she say go to dermatologíst i Pay becaus don’t wont give me any discount and do 10 minute xtra Massage súper shit very stresssfull nothing relax ! Bad products the manager don’t care the Client .

Très satisfait dans un premier temps, après plusieurs séances je trouve que le services est beaucoup moins qualitatif (retard à répétition des équipes, mauvaise accueil au standard, annulation de dernière minute, prix différent sur les séances pour la même prestation, turn over incessant des équipes) Dommage que l’objectif ne sois pas la qualités plutôt que la quantité.

L’accueil a été impeccable. Pour mon premier rendez-vous j’ai été très bien renseignée par Charles. Cela m’a rassurée et m’a confortée dans ma décision.

J'y suis allé pour une greffe de cheveux. J'ai eu plusieurs entretiens avec Arthur.K et il a toujours été impliqué, il a toujours pris le temps de tout expliquer et a toujours été transparent sur ce qui pouvait être fait ou non. Ne change rien Arthur !

I do not recommend this clinic. They sent me the terms of payment a week before the operation when you have to make a bank transfer 10 days before coming. I was unable to pay in cash, so the operation had to be cancelled.

Edit: DONT TRUST THE 5 STARS REVIEWS. They're probably mostly fake (accounts with only one review, and it's always too good to be true- that lutetia would indulge in such practices is shameless!) DHI Hair transplant: you don't get what you pay for. Incredibly expensive for very average care. You don't meet the doctor before the day of the operation and don't really get to discuss in depth the hairline. You also pay a significant fee to dr. Fadli who did not even perform the surgery. It feels more like a factory looking for clients rather than real care for patients.

The place looks amazing, people were very nice. I got an appointment in April to see them, and was told I'd get a quotation within a week. In May I had nothing, called them, I was told I'd get one within a week. In July I had nothing, called them, I was told I'd get called back in a week or two. It's mid-August, I still haven't heard anything back... they don't seem to want me as a customer so :/
