Sir Good morning..I respect and honor the great service you have put forth with such good infrastructure.. with really good doctors on board , u r going to attract more patie ts in the near run.. I request you on one major drawback at the hospital.. fresh air and restroom cleanliness.In many hospitals I have seen some corporate people taking over cleaning and the campus gets wiped every hour or every 2 hours. The fresh phenol smell keeps Lingering so Dat u don have that hospital patient smell. This one point is lacking here.. Also restrooms need to be given frequent washes at mant intervals and checked by incharge if it's good. For immunocompromised patients and weak patients this lack of cleaning becomes a serious issue. With such wonderful campus and huge setup, I would like the management to looking to this small issue and correct it to make it " the go to hospital" for all our needs.

I had to rush my husband for acute back pain at 2am . The doctor on duty asked all the relevant questions and if we have come there earlier and for what problem. 3-4 yrs ago my husband had gall bladder stones problem and we visited this hospital and informed the doctor about it. This visit was for unbearable back pain. They said they will give pain killer injection and send us home and to comeback if the pain doesn't subside by 8 am in the morning. They said they will do abdominal scan. But the injections given were for muscle relaxation and related to gall bladder and not pain killers. We had to take my husband to ortho hospital at 5 am and get him treated there where the pain visibly reduced with just 1 injection. Proper service needs to be provided to patients. Moreover, I had called back the hospital at 4am to check if any ortho will be available in the morning and they said ortho comes only in the evening and no one is available during mornings.

Very Very good service in all department and especially ramani and sengodi sisters and other sisters also had done great services to us.

Hospital gave good support throughout my surgery, Rooms have maintained and cleaned twice a day. Care was taken by well experienced doctors so there was no requirence of fear.

Services provided are good,all the staffs are cooperative,we found no difficulties in staying here and also the staffs are well behaved and helping.

My father was admitted for Bilateral knee surgery and Dr. Arumugam sir was done surgery on 18.11.2022. After 3 days my father has been started to walk in the hospital itself and We are very happy to see my Dad. Truly i never seen and met like Dr. Arumugam sir. He is very kind person, knowledgeable, most experienced Doctor also we are very happy with BR hospital service. Thanks a lot to Dr. Arumugam sir and his entire team. A well maintained and well patiened staffs to provide us a satisfied services. I have admitted for my hip replacement operation it was done perfectly and the result was very good . The management and their staffs were very friendly and professional thank you for all ur services .

My dad got admitted here upon specialist advise for a 5 day long treatment and observation. Pros: 1 Specialist Physicians are great. 2 Overall infrastructure is adequate. 3 General cleanliness is satisfactory. 4 Nursing staff are professional, responsive and supportive. 5 Cost of rooms and services for specialized treatments is relatively low. To improve: 1 Processes and communication between sections may improve, i.e., reception to nursing to CCU to pharmacy, etc. 2 Canteen could be better and bigger

Very good hospital, Dr's every staff, aya all are treating very excellent. Especially cardio treatment Dr. Rajesh doing excellent treatment my husband 67 value treatment done very nice. Thank you Barathi raja owner.

I faced an accident at Andaman and Nicobar Islands and my situation was very critical,my both legs were damgaed, one was broken and one veins fractured. Anyways Dr. Arumugam treated me and operated me well. Now I am well and going back to my home tomorrow. Special Thanks to BR Hospitals, Chennai.

My mother received outstanding treatment and post op care from Dr Arumugam and MDT team members.Making an appointments from abroad was made easy by Dr and team. In short notice Dr and team provided holistic care to my elderly mother.Dr provided care with empathy and communicated with my elderly mother to explain treatment and mainly post op rehabilitation from physio and nusstaffs were outstanding.
