I took an online appointment for Dr. AS Soin, for 4th March 12:30 noon time. Dr team kept delaying my appointment and till 7th march evening, I couldn't talk to doctor. Eventually I decided to cancel my appointment as I cannot trust a Doctor and his team who cannot take patient condition and sickness seriously. Worst part is his team asks if he I can take consultation late night around 10:00PM and when I agreed as well then also Doctor didn't pick the call. Highly unprofessional. And still asks me to take appointment after 11:00PM. I cannot trust Doctor or his team for such irresponsible behaviour. God bless for patients who are under his treatment.

He doesn’t deserve even one star..I went with my father with a diagnosis of IHCC in 2023..Me being a doctor myself knows the value of Tender Love and Care(TLC)..But instead of same he straight away disclosed the disease to my father and my father being an emotional being started crying..I told Dr Soin to please stop but he continued..He refused for the surgery and instead told me to go for conservative therapy..He told that the same will cost 14-15 lakhs..I mean how come anyone be so money minded and direct sans humanity and that too when he is dealing with a Doctors father (I think he forgot medical ethics which still exists and I practice the same proudly)..I don’t know how he got Padmashree..Doctors like him need to be humble and filled with compassion and at the same should know how to counsel a grieving man diagnosed with cancer..May God give him sadbuddhi.. Later the surgery was done by Dr Subhash Gupta (not promoting him) and my father is still doing good(with Gods grace).. I have no grudge with anyone but he made my father cry so people should know that he doesn’t practice TLC at Medanta..He just talks money from the onset of his consultation..Sad but this is the corporate culture..I paid 2000 and waited for 4-5 hours for this torture and then there were just tears flowing after we were waiting for the cab..Will never forget this never..

We had recently liver transplant. We are very happy now and going back to our home town.Thanks to Medanta liver team for the support.

My Liver Transplant procedure has been done on 13th September 2010 by Dr.A.S SOIN and his Team.As per Advice of Dr.A.S.SOIN we are leaving our life perfectly.Lot of Thanks to Dr.A.S.SOIN and his Team Members .

I had a liver transplant in Feb 2019. I cannot express my gratitude for the care taken before and after the transplant by Dr Soin and his team. The staff were so meticulous in almost everything. My brother was the donor and we both were discharged in about 2 weeks, happy. This Dr. is a magician as I call him.

I feel Medanta along with Dr A S Soin's team and the other supporting team is the best in India. Medanta can assure a new life.
