Terrible nose results by Dr. Hermes Pelayo. After surgery he doesn't follow up with you at all and leaves it to his team of young inexperienced staff to just ask if you're ok on a very lax basis. I later learned speaking to other doctors that measures could have been taken in the healing process to reduce swelling and prevent the results I got. I have to live with these results that are worse than how I came in, and now spend even more money to correct this and hope that it works out since a second surgery will now be more sensitive. I don't mind paying the high price of surgery for an acceptable outcome but when things go wrong these doctors don’t stand by their claimed expertise and just look the other direction with your money in hand.

I had rhinoplasty 10 months ago and Im not happy the result I was so disappointed.. it has bumb right on center of my nose.. when they take off the stitch they know already has bumb cause the nurse keep pushing it and said maybe would be gone later on’ but until now still has it.. and before surgery I show them the image of what I want but the result not even close..

I came in super nervous for my Mastopexy with Augmentation I went with implants instead of fat transfer and based on Dr Hermes Pelayo recommendation bigger in the left smaller on the right. I just got back and I am loving how it looks I can't wait 2-3 months from now for my boobies to drop and fluff 675 CCs love it . Everyone is so nice everything is so clean everybody is so organized I couldn't have gone anywhere else and this came by recommendation. I trusted Ciplastic and they delivered my process was so smooth for being out of country but they were always on top of communicating from the beginning given I planned my surgery one month beforehand . I really really appreciate the services here and I'm glad my husband had a comfy lazy boy to sleep in he was also fed 😁👌🏽

I had a breast lift & reduction and Arm lift with Dr H.Pelayo my experience from the Beginning to end has been the best. Dr. Pelayo is very attentive to detail and cares for your well being, needless to say the staff can’t express enough my gratitude on their attention to assist in every way possible. I wouldn’t bring my own Mom to do her full face lift, chin n eye lids here if I personally didn’t have the best care. CIPLASTIC is the best place for your cosmetic surgeries. My first round of lipo/bbl was 7 years ago with him. This is my second round of lipo bbl with Dr Hermes pelayo and it was still as amazing as it was 7 years ago. I am so proud to see how far he has came with his beautiful hospital. My entire family has came to him & we will continue to! The nurses were amazing 24hrs staff! Angie walked me to the OR reassuring me I would be fine and made sure she was there when I woke up she was soo sweet! The OR staff was amazing & so clean! My recovery room was so comfortable & meals were so good as well! My results once again are AMAZING! He truly is blessed at what he does! My recovery has been soooo easy! 10/10 recommend Dr Hermes Pelayo & ciplastic hospital. Thank you all again so much!

When it comes to getting information, scheduling a virtual consultation, scheduling your procedure, and finally to the day of, everything was great. The staff was so helpful. Answered all of my questions so quickly and with so much detail. I stayed one night and the care that I received was amazing. But when it comes to communication, especially after you leave the hospital, that is where I’m disappointed. The first issue was the communication regarding my quote. I was told one thing over the phone but when I arrived, it was another. My second issue, which is as of the day of this review I am still dealing with, is getting documentation signed that I need for my disability claim for my job. 11 days later and I have yet to receive anything. I have been told twice already that “I would receive it the next day.” This is putting not just my benefits at risk, but my job too! One last thing I would like to point out is all the fees. They charge for pretty much every additional thing.

They Best in Tijuana, my third surgery here I would go anywhere else , attention to detail is all they do , but team of doctors and nurses . I always felt same and in good hands

I had Lipo 360, Bbl, and breast augmentation, the staff is super nice everything was very good, i loved the staff i couldn’t have chosen a different place to go to!!

I got a rhinoseptoplasty done with Dr. Hermes. His staff and nurses are so very kind and polite making sure you are taken care of and of course the Dr. was amazing. Highly recommend.
