I am writing to express my sincere gratitude on behalf of my wife for the outstanding medical care my wife received during her recent surgery with Dr. Isabel Balza. Dr. Isabel Balza professionalism, attentiveness, thorough her surgery truly exceeded our expectations, and we feel compelled to give her the highest possible rating of 5 stars. My wife especially appreciated her clear communication, taking time to address my wife’s concerns, and her effective treatment plan before and after her body sculpture, lipo-surgery. We highly recommend Dr. Isabel Balza and would be my first choice for any future surgery for my family and us Thank Dr. Isabel Balza for your dedication to providing such excellent patient care.

I'm writing this the day before Thanksgiving and four days after surgery and do not think I can adequately express how good Dr. Balza (and Norma!) are. (a friend and) I started researching surgeons in Tijuana and when I came across Dr. Balza, it just felt right and the more research I did, the better things were. Norma, Dr. Balza's patient coordinator was simply amazing, from the first of many emails I sent she answered all my questions, even those I asked more than once with patience and care. She made sure to check in and confirm we made it there ok and were settled in the night before surgery. She helped us feel comfortable the day of surgery and kept up with the communication after surgery, checking in on us and even making sure we got home ok! Dr. Balza - we face timed to discuss my surgery options, what I was looking for, what her recommendations were, etc. She was warm, friendly, and very engaged. I felt heard and that she was fully invested in me.

I cannot recommend Dr. Balza enough. I had a extended TT with 360 lipo and breast lift with implants. I am so happy with my results and as my husband says the breast size and overall result is absolutely perfect for my body. His comments are 'I picked the best surgeon ". I had a TT 20 years ago in Canada and was discharged the same day with follow up in a week at the surgeon office that lasted 10 minutes. There was no other contact or communication and was basically left to heal on my own with no way of knowing if I was healing properly. The experience with Dr. Balza is night and day. Regular ongoing communication on my of healing and being next steps (when to use a step 2 faja, when to use silicone tape, when to remove sutures and drains etc). This communication occurs even after I have come back to Canada with Dr. Balza often checking in on me. I went to Tijanna as I knew there is world class facilities and accredited surgeons. I am in healthcare and researched the best and safest

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Balza’s team. All of her staff if very friendly and nice. I had a BBL done three months ago. The results and so beautiful and natural. Her staff checks in regularly since the procedure and has been very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Balza for a smooth natural looking BBL.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Isabel and her assistant Dana. They were lovely, attentive, and wonderful ladies through my surgery. Dr. Isabel did such an amazing job repairing my earlobes, she worked her magic. She and Dana will frequently make sure I don’t feel any pain and am extremely made it comfortable and relaxed through my procedure. Thank You, gladly appreciate it! ☺️💜

Absolutely excellent. The post who says she is a doctor who does not care is a complete defamation of her character. I personally recieved care above and beyond her being just professional! I literally passed out prior to surgery due to stress and complications with my high blood pressure medication. When I woke up her team was overly concerned, attentive, and beyond professional. Her entire team, from the Anesthesiologist to the Cardiologist made a decision to postpone my surgery until I ran another series of test. Then the Cardiologist on her team, ran additional tests on a holiday, to finally clear me for surgery! All the while her entire team was honest, ethical and exhibited a high level of integrity. Today, 01/17/24 , I am 2 months post opp and have recieved follow up , check-in texts, every week. Dana her coordinator was ethical, kind and professional. My mother traveled with me and she treated my mother with care and kindness 💕. I look and feel phenomenal.

I just want to say Dr. Isabel Balza is the absolute Worst Surgeon in all of Tijuana. I had a Breast Lift and under eyelid surgery done a year ago, and Dr.Balza BOTCHED me and ruined both my Breasts and Eyelid surgeries. I woke up in the Middle of my surgery because the Anesthesiologist she used didn't do his job. I witnessed my right Breasts being sown by her assistant who was stretching her hands and sitting on the opposite side, which caused my Nipples and Breasts to be sown incorrectly. This horrible doctor Should loose her License. This Doctor also completely failed to explain to me correctly which Sutures were supposed to be removed and which sutures would dissolve themselves. When i came back to America. I almost died trying to remove all sutures because this stupid Doctor failed to explain the correct after care methods. I curse this evil woman and all the pain and trauma she caused me, i pray God will pay her! Her Horrible patient coordinator Dana Otero could care less about.

FALSA nunca pudo verme Siempre tenía algo q hacer el día q yo podía ir desde Los Ángeles a tijuana y así pasaron ya semanas y la dis q dra. She is so honest, humble and she really care for her patients, Dana is amazing has well i thank God for putting this people in my way to help me on everything amazing team. Loving my results.
