Dr Cervantes and team were amazing to work with. Katherine was my coordinator and answered any and all questions. So grateful I decided to take this path.

Dr. Cervantes and his staff was amazing. Him and his staff made each step of the process easy. I felt safe the entire time while in Mexico. The guest house is beautiful and comfortable with the nicest host. The hospital nurses and surgical team was very comforting and professional. I did have a few complaints with the hospital hostess that was assigned to me. When I made known my issues the hospital handled the problems. The hostess is not on Dr. Cervantes team and is not a representative of him. Like i said the hospital wasted no time to handle my concerns.

My experience with Dr Cervantes and his amazing team was beyond my expectations! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and compassionate. From the time I was picked up at the airport to after care in hospital, my needs were always met with delicacy and care. Everyone was so pleasant and kind, constantly checking in to make sure I was ok. I’m so grateful for this experience and would hands down recommend Dr Cervantes and his team to anyone considering bariatric surgery! When it is time to remove excess skin I will go no where else but here! Thank you so much Dr Cervantes for this life changing experience! ♥️

My Gastric Sleeve was performed on 09/06/2024. My highest weight in 02/2024 was 258. I weighed in this morning (I weigh once a week on Wednesdays) at 205. Total of 53 pounds. I feel amazing! The team was amazing! The staff was amazing! I am a little over 2 months post op and am excited to see what the next year brings me. Having the surgery has already made a huge positive impact on my life is such a short time frame. These 2 pictures are my husband and I on my way to Mexico and the last one is 2 months out.

Dr. Cervantes, staff, and team are unmatched! The level of professionalism, genuine sincerity and transparency displayed set the bar for medicine. He is an outstanding surgeon in whom I hold complete confidence in.

Traveled from CA to San Diego airport where I was picked up with my plus one, then we traveled to the hospital to do a health check and blood work etc before they would then take us to where we would spend the night before surgery day. Since the moment at pick up to every step I couldn’t be more happier to recommend Dr. Cervantes and his wonderful team. From the staff , to my wonderful patient coordinator Katherine! To his nutritionist who came in to have a talk with me. The care in the hospital was 10/10. Everything is clean and safe! I have been to TJ many many times, I was of course worried to let another person be in charge of the driving and dropping of and pick up it’s normal to feel that way, but I promise you I and the rest of the persons were very much taken care of. Pain management for myself was not an issue! The key is to keep walking and follow directions. When I was discharged I was dropped off back at the San Diego airport which we had to cross over the boarder.

I’m very grateful for Dr. Luis Cervantes. Throughout the entire process he was very attentive and gave me comfort. His entire team was very attentive and kind and always communicated perfectly. The hospital were I had my surgery was top notch. I totally recommend Dr. Luis Cervantes.
