I had the most amazing experience w/ Dr. Manuel Gutierrez, I did my hairline lowering with him and i absolutely love my results!! Looks so natural & I feel great. Felt super cared for & the doctor is amazing with communicating & makes me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions I’ve had pre op & post op. I would definitely feel more than comfortable & safe to come back to him to have any work done & know that it’ll be done amazingly.

Recently, I returned to his practice in Tijuana, Mexico, for a breast reduction, breast lift, and a full facelift. The outcomes have far exceeded my expectations. I went to this doctor in 2019 for a rhinoplasty. He barely did any questioning before the surgery, so it should have been a red flag for me. I was naive and unfortunately the cheap price got me. He was also the only doctor available during the time I wanted to get the job done. Another flag I missed. This guy does not care about anything but getting money out of you. I mentioned the day of surgery that I had a prominent Bump of cartilage on the tip of my nose I was concerned about because I felt it made my nose uneven. This awful "surgeon" was like oh yeah, I see it. That's an extra $1000 and open nose instead of closed nose surgery. This man ruined my nose and face for $1000. I hope he realizes how his greed is ruining peoples lives. He ended up chopping up and slicing my cartilage and skin unecessarily and my nose looks worse than before. I regret every day of my life getting surgery! Fixing it is going to be wayyy more expensive! If I ever get the chance. My nose is so bad.

He's the best!! I got breast augmentation, staff is super friendly, polite and helpful!! The doctor explained to me all the things that I needed to know! He always takes care of my questions and doubts before and after surgery.

Couple weeks ago I had face lift with Doctor Manuel Gutierrez . I absolutely happy with my result and it getting better and better every day. I stayed in the hospital for 9 days . The best surgeon in Tijuana. The doctor explains the entire procedure of your surgery to you. The people who work with him are very kind. In general, my stay there was the most pleasant I've ever had. You can stay there in the hospital for as many days as you want or as long as you feel safe enough to leave. You don't have to worry about anything. While you're in the hospital, they treat you wonderfully and they're checking on you all the time. It was the best decision I made to have surgery with Dr. Manuel...............I was delighted with the results of my surgery and I loved Dr. Manuel's suggestions. I had visited several hospitals in Tijuana before, but none of them convinced me like Dr. Manuel did with all the explanations he gave me about my surgery and what I really needed.

Excelente atención de parte del Dr. Gutiérrez y todo el personal de enfermería y médicos. Mi estancia fue corta pero muy agradable, me hicieron sentir tranquila durante todo el proceso. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y en general el hospital está muy limpio. Mi cirugía fue perfecta y cada vez se pone mejor. Muchas gracias. Un aumento de ceno se volvió una pesadilla desde la primera semana algo no andaba bien el día de retirar los puntos la diferencia era abismal en el tamaño de ambos cenos pero dijeron que era normal, después de un par de meses todo era peor el dolor y la inflamación de el lado izquierdo era demasiado y estaba en extremo duro asisti a una cita y me dijeron que tomara unas pastillas por 2 meses y lo hice y al volver todo estaba igual de mal me dijeron que era un encapsulamiento y que con un procedimiento donde por presión romperian la cápsula todo se solucionaba me dieron la hoja con el presupuesto de el procedimiento y otro presupuesto de una nueva cirugía para cambiar los implantes fue donde decidí no volver e ir con alguien diferente por que ya había pedido una segunda y tercera opinión donde me isieron 3 ecos y el problema no era una cápsula si no liquido y con este doctor nunca me pidieron otro estudio todo a tacto, entonces me di cuenta que no me hablaban con la verdad además de que

El resultado fue sorprendente y estoy muy contento con él. I gave this Dr $400.00 back in 2016 I was going in for a tummy tuck. I never went through with the surgery (thank God) no refund. Do not believe these reviews I heard he is a horrible surgeon a lot of Americans got sick or did not like the results.

Im absolutely happy I came to Dr. Manuel Gutierrez for a breast augmentation. I am 2 days post op but based off my experience I can say I felt it was needed to leave a review now. He was patient and recommended a size that I would feel comfortable with. We went based off photos but he still emphasized that everyone’s breast tissue is different- meaning a certain size can look differently on someone else. From the start of my surgery I felt safe. The nurses here and his team were so lovely. I remember feeling nervous before I went to sleep and a few women held my hand and assured I was going to be safe. It made me have tears but of joy because it eased my fear. I felt 10/10 safe. His medicine practice is just as professional and cautious as the ones here in the states.
