The communication was incredible and I always received very quick responses. They were always very transparent and direct with the process while also very professional. On the day of surgery, although very nervous, all members of the team made it a very pleasant experience. They answered all my questions, explained to me everything that was happening, helped me choose the design of my transplant, and in addition, they all had a very good attitude that made the process less painful due to the conversation and atmosphere they maintained during the process. In truth, I was more than satisfied with the entire experience.

I am very happy I chose HMR to do my hair transplant. I did 2300 grafts up front. The office is clean, the rooms very well kept as you would want. The whole staff was fantastic. They were very attentive to me through the whole process. I had my own team lead by Dr Cortez that performed the transplant. I would highly recommend doing your hair here. Less than half the cost of Los Angeles doctors. Do yourself a favor and let them guide you to what will give you the best outcomes. 5 stars for the team at HMR.

This guy is absolutely terrible at creating hairlines. It's actually baffling that a professional transplant surgeon could make such amateur hairlines. Do not go here! It costs literally as much as many doctors in the US, and he is rude, unprofessional, and worst of all, doesn't understand how to create a natural looking hairline.
