What can I possibly say, well at first I was hesitant, but after the numerous emails and phone calls that I received from his Patient coordinator Henry I felt at ease. I took the trip and I was greeted by Hospital BC transportation specialist Sal who picked me up and brought me to the hospital. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that everything was gonna be OK. He took me to a very elegant hotel with a wonderful restaurant to accommodate. I was picked up the next day bye Beto, extremely professional and knowledgeable of the matter he is amazing! I arrive to do my pre operative blood work, X-ray and then met with the cardiologist, where I was given an EKG everyone was so attentive, hospital BC is spectacular. I give it a five star plus! Dr.Jalil and his staff are A++ he gave me step-by-step instructions of everything that was going to take place and I felt so peaceful like if I was being treated by angels… I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend anyone to take the step.

I love B.C hospital, everything went great. The facility is super clean. The staff here are excellent very well spoken take very good care of their patient. It was so hard to feel nervous or stressed out because everyone here was so lovely. I highly recommend to come here for surgery. I came here for a mini bypass revision from the sleeve.

Dr. Jalil is definitely TOP-notched of all BARIATRIC SURGEONS, I was immediately impressed by his wealth of knowledge, he explained the entire process by translating it from medical scientific terminology to a level that I was able to understand and follow. He listened he is very kindhearted Everyone was great, but to mention a few of my top favorites, here is who and why: Jazz, treated so well, he made me laugh and explained every single medication reason and purpose. He motivated me to to walk and showed me techniques to ease pain, absolute the best!!! Beto was the person that made everything happen for me, he was around during my stay he was around all day, whether I needed the heater adjusted, diet prep, going for a walk for help.

My experience from researching, to asking ALL of my questions, to booking, to arrival… has been TOP TIER. Juan Carlos, Hector, Beto, Dr. Jalil Illan, and all of the nurses/staff have been very hospitable, kind, encouraging, and hands on! There were no doubts in my decision before or during and I’m blessed to have had a wonderful experience and will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had a gastric sleeve done here and I cannot say enough nice things about this place! The hospital is very clean and welcoming and the staff is beyond helpful and very professional! I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone looking into doing bariatric surgery.

My experience was amazing 10 out of 10. From the moment Sal picked me up at the airport till the moment Sal drive me back to the airport everything was amazing. Sal was determined to keep conversation going so it was never a dull moment. He's definitely a great guy. As soon as I arrived at the hospital the staff were ALL AMAZING. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names but if you was there you were amazing... I can tell you Beto was amazing he always tendered to any need or concern I had. I really liked how he was an open and honest person... Dr. Illian you was an amzing doctor. Ready to answer any question I had...Again I rate this hospital and staff a 10 of 10.
