Ya van dos ocasiones que acudo a urgencias, y no me agrada , hace 15 días acudí con mi hija, ella traía baja saturación de oxígeno, primero hicieron todos los estudios y hasta mucho después la nebulizaron, nuca dieron prioridad a que ella respirara mejor, el médico se enfocó solo en descartar COVID y otros temas, ya hasta que nos íbamos a retirar dijeron bueno vamos a nebulizar , normalmente acudía ahí por las urgencias pero ahora lo voy a reconsiderar

Tres horas esperando y no nos atendieron, no llevan orden con los pacientes. Nov 25, llegamos a las 6:30 pm y decidimos irnos por el servicio MEDIOCRE a las 9:40

Un excelente hospital, instalaciones muy higiénicas, médicos con excelente atención, la recepcionista super amable, te resuelve dudas, te explica todo muy bien, muy buena atención.

Las instalaciones están en buen estado, el lugar limpio, el personal razonablemente atento, en mi opinión la atención médica que es realmente por lo que uno acude, es buena y los médicos amables, atentos a responder todas las preguntas y ofrecer alternativas de tratamiento. Falta mejorar la calidez en la atención del personal del filtro de entrada y de recepción. Definitivamente no es barato, pero con aseguranza es una buena alternativa.

Just Wow!! I had some surgery done by Doctor Amaya, and I can’t believe how much they spoil you in this hospital, everyone was really nice and always looking for your well being, the best part is you have your own room for recovery 😍 I am from California by the way. Thank you so much guys
