Kind of a bizarre experience. I was the only patient in the office. After taking x-rays and what not, they just left me in the room for three hours, not explaining what was happening or what I was waiting for for them to begin the procedure of prepping for the crown. The dentist smelled of alcohol and cigarettes. I went by myself, and it was pretty unsettling to feel so vulnerable with people who acted so nonchalant and apathetic. A disappointing experience given all of the reviews here, which leads me to wonder if these are legit.

The whole staff was professional, courteous, they speak Spanish and English. They extracted all my teeth and put new ones in 4 and 4. The process took about 2 1/2 days, I've already recommended them to my friends and coworkers.

Good professional service. English spoken. The level of work that was performed takes time, so plan on spending the day. Picked up on Mex. side, no problem, there is a bus that will take you back to US side with a short delay, $10 don't wait in line.

This place was referred to me from a family friend. I've had so much work down here. I have a lot of issues with my teeth & this place has reconstructed my smile over the years. I don't go anywhere else

My experience at perfect smile dental was life changing. Before getting my teeth fixed(crowns), i wouldn't even dare to smile. Now im the happiest person in the room, always showing off my perfect smile. When I started searching for a dental practice back at home(San Francisco California), i couldn't believe the prices, I lost hope of ever getting my teeth fixed, until a friend told me about perfect smile dental in tijuana, at first I was i was nervous but when I walk into the office and they gave me a walk through and shown me all high end machines they have and all of the testimonies of patients i was sold, I didn't look any further. Perfect Smile Dental is now my dentist office and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Special thanks to Dr. Omar and his team.

Horrible places pleas do not come here I’m a nursing student in Orange County CA and they made so many miserable mistakes. Had to find another play. I also do a lot of coldnes, hot cold.

Not my first experience with Perfect smile. They did a root canal for me a couple years ago. This time I needed a veneer replaced and they like always did a great job! Will recommend to my friend’s family and neighbors. Thank you very much.

This place is a rip off.. I was there 6 times from 2021 and they still have not put in my implant.. Do not give them full payment as they will take the money and run leaving you toothless like me. They are butchers. I've emailed them, called, left message and still they just ignore me.. Do yourself a favor and ignore this place like they ignored my health.. I have the paper work to back up everything. THEY WILL ROB YOU !!

I already read the bad reviews, and all of them are true, I was planning to go and get an evaluation, they asked me for pictures, and we did a zoom call, and the doctor asked me for $500.00 dollars😱 over the phone, noooooo Sr. I'm tired of being robbed, and the doctor offended told me "you are not candidate for my clinic" lol🤣 thank God I read the reviews. Be carefull.

Well, they did a lot of teeth well, but 1 tooth after 1 moth I had to redo in the USA. Another one - crown - it’s fit very bad, so food gets stuck all the time. And also we had a lot of problems with bad communication and ignorance. Also everything was so slow!!! As they told “Mexican type of time” that means, that if they say: we will do it for 1 hour - that means at least 3. Well, I can’t recommend it. And I am already doing my American dental insurance to be safer and safe my time and money.

Just finished my second visit. Both times were perfect. The staff is not only well trained but also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They picked me up in San Diego and there driver took me across the border with no hassles. Top notch service at a fair price.
