I had the best experience from pick up to drop off. The staff was so attentive, especially Jay. He heard it was my birthday and made me feel special and cared for. Everything was such a breeze. If you are thinking about getting this procedure Renew is the place to go!

After almost 2 yrs I’m finally seeing results! Everyone’s process is different…. Trust it…. Make sure to eat your protein and take vitamins!!! It def is a LIFE ALTERING procedure. I no longer indulge because I can’t! Which is partly why I did it…. I was losing control:(. I now eat to live! Not live to eat. Food is my source of fuel. I still have some work to do and a few more lbs to lose but feeling beautiful! Thank you Dr. Perez!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here at Renew. Dr. Green was amazing. Very kind, informative, answered all my questions. The coordinators were wonderful as well, making sure I am comfortable and well taken care of. The nurses were on top of it. All my needs were met. The facility was clean and comfortable. Some of the kindest staff you will ever encounter. They are fast, efficient, and they comfort and help you every step of the way. The nurses treat you with such care, and they never have a bad attitude or make you feel like a burden. Every staff member I came across was so polite and helpful in my journey. I highly recommend!

Wasn't really sure what to expect, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taking care of. My wife was nervous about leaving the facility to eat while I was in there but they have a guy that goes and gets food for you and bring it back for you. Everyone is very friendly and will recommend they did an awesome job.

What started off as a nervous experience, quickly turned into ease because of the nice and caring staff at Renew! From the nurses to the Surgeon, everyone was awesome and so caring! Thank you so much for taking great care of me on my journey.

I needed to put myself first and get a tool to help me change my unhealthy ways. I had a friend refer me to Renew Bariatrics. I sent in my inquiry online, and very quickly received a call to discuss what Renew offers. Jasmine was detailed and we talked for about 30 minutes. Long story short, within a couple days I chose my surgery, my doctor- Dr. Green, set my date and got payments arranged. I went for the gastric bypass surgery in December of 2023. The coordinators walked me through every single step of the process, from help with flights, hotels the night before pick up, transportation across the border, hospital stay, surgery, recovery, discharge, hotel stay next to hospital for another recovery day, transportation back to U.S. and then departure. They seriously help you with everything! They give you all the details in writing, in emails as well. Fabulous communication through the entire process! The hospital was spotless! The staff pleasant and genuine! Dr. Green was so nice.

Renew Bariatrics changed my life! Dr. Green was over the top professional as well as the entire medical staff. I normally do not handle anesthesia well and for the first time EVER -I came out of surgery without being violently ill. The hospital is super clean and my room had a fantastic view and my husband was very comfortable in my room. The ride into Mexico and back to San Diego was quick and my driver was excellent.

I contacted Renew Bariatrics in October of 2020. I was approved for Gastric Bypass shortly after initial contact. My coordinator, Marie, was very thorough and sent me all necessary documents to get started. I was then sent detailed instructions for my pre op and post op diets. I had my surgery December 15th of 2020. The process was so easy, Renew took care of everything. I flew in the day before surgery, the driver picked us up from our hotel the next day and took us over the boarder. When we reached the hospital, I was given forms to fill out and was taken back for blood work, X-rays, and ekg tests. After that I was taken to my room where the surgeon/nursing staff came in to check on me, ask me questions and insert my IV. All a breeze. The hardest part was waiting and not getting anxious. Dr Green came in and told me how the surgery would go, told me about my test results and then we were ready. About an hour or so later, I was in the operating room.

Wow!!! It’s been 1 yr since my life changing decision to better my health!! For anyone that’s debating, just do it!!!! There won’t be regrets except for why did you not do it sooner. Thank you to Dr. Perez!!! stats Hw: 318 Cw: 188
