I traveled from USA to Cancun to have an implant completed and crowns put in. The implant had a cantilevered tooth attached, and it started to rotate by millimeters over a few days, and by the time it was noticeable in by others and in photographs, it was a weekend when the clinic was closed and I was flying back to the states. It's a big disappointment when a person travels so far, invests so much money, and endures all the painful dental work, only to have a smile that I am embarrassed by. Their solution? Oh just fly back here and we'll fix it...sure - like I can afford to miss another week of work and pay for another trip to Cancun. I asked for a partial refund so that I could get it repaired here in the states. They said no.

My husband was one of the first patients to receive 8 implants.Now after 10 years he needed adjustment and cleaning of 1 of them He is now 73 years old .There is no other doctors like Mark Stern.Our family comes to Cancun for all the dental work.!We can relax and do the dental work!

Live in Miami and heard many good things about this clinic. I had to try … Highly recommend this Clinic. It was an incredible experience from the start. The care of the doctors and the staff for perfection at their work while at the same time to aim for the client full satisfaction . Very happy with the results. It was the only good experience I ever had at any dentist. Will come again to this clinic in a second if I ever need a treatment.

Amazing service and amazing job. I came from Miami to do 4 crowns. Kevin and Mark did Amazing job and after three days I was done and left with the permanent crowns!!

I requested a treatment plan on December 19. They came back on December 20 saying they will send a treatment plan. They never did. On February 10 I reminded them about myself , spoke to juli girshberg , she provided an awful customer service, not address my initial request and put a responsibility on me that they erased the history and don't have my initial request. They don't listen, they don't take responsibility for their actions, they blame you for doing something wrong on their end. Don't trust this clinic! Don't do any treatment with them !

Super great service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff . My dentist Barbara is now lmy dentist forever. No one else is ever allowed to work on my mouth. She was pain-free and so very quick at every task. I am so very happy with the results that I got. Absolutely would recommend and absolutely will return.

Every time I come to Cancun for vacation I visit Dr. Mark. For examination and prevention of the oral cavity. The clinic has the latest equipment and all modern technologies at reasonable prices. I recommend it to everyone.
