I travelled to this clinic in Leeds after confirming treatment plans and costs several times by email beforehand. Once I arrived, I was told I needed additional treatment for an infection and the cost suddenly doubled.
I felt pressured, vulnerable, and poorly informed throughout the process. Each day I was left confused about what was happening and the receptionist often had to help explain things to me. I did not even realise I was about to undergo root canal treatment.
The whole experience was upsetting and stressful, and I left most days in tears. I complained afterwards and got nowhere, so I am now taking legal action. I would not recommend this clinic — go elsewhere
