I travelled to this clinic in Leeds after confirming treatment plans and costs several times by email beforehand. Once I arrived, I was told I needed additional treatment for an infection and the cost suddenly doubled. I felt pressured, vulnerable, and poorly informed throughout the process. Each day I was left confused about what was happening and the receptionist often had to help explain things to me. I did not even realise I was about to undergo root canal treatment. The whole experience was upsetting and stressful, and I left most days in tears. I complained afterwards and got nowhere, so I am now taking legal action. I would not recommend this clinic — go elsewhere

I’ve traveled from Durham UK to use this dentist. Now, I don’t want to have to use a UK dentist again. I’d rather come here! Even for a teeth clean, it was an hour long clean and Ivonne was so thorough and gentle. My teeth came up several shades lighter! The workmanship of the check, fillings and screws holes for the implements is second to none! I’m actually looking forward to January 2024 to come back x have my work completed! I can’t recommend this company enough! Even the Hotel INX was above expectations. It was exceptionally comfortable x perfectly well kept.

wish this dentist was in the UK. Have had a wonderful experience being under the care of the team of Indexmedica. After years of me neglecting my teeth it came to a point where I had to have treatment to remove what could not be repaired and repair what could be. Ended up with 3 extractions and 6 implants including sinus lift and bone grafts plus 2 veneers and composite bonding on my front teeth. They listened to all my thoughts and wants and discussed all options. I’m so happy with the result, my teeth look and feel so natural. I would have no concerns recommending this dentist to anybody. Got to give 5stars. Efficient professional service. My first visit. Everything sorted. Clear treatment plan. No hassle no aggravation. So so glad I came to Index Medica. I totally recommend this clinic. I’ll never go to a UK dentist again. The reception staff are helpful & friendly. The dentists and nurses all really friendly and professional. I will be back to get some old crowns replaced in the summer hopefully. I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to another dentist visit!! Well done Index Medica & Thank you.

Been here for an emergency and I was more then impressed with the customer service!I was not in my country, I didn't speak the local language ,I had no appointment and had only 2 hours until I needed to leave Krakow. Michael from the reception was very kind and profesional ( I could easily speak in English with him) and the doctor was hands-on and helped me with my situation and doubts. I 100% recommended this clinic based on my experience. Wonderful professionals!

This is my second visit to Indexmedica, I cannot fault this clinic at all. I’ve travelled from UK and both times it has been a great experience. Sebastian and his team are very professional in their industry and for someone who doesn’t like pain, we’ll they seem to put me at ease all the time. I have had deep root canal treatment to having bridges, implants, and my third visit will be to have crowns and veneers fitted. For me it has been 100% worth it.. Angie Montana UK

My experience with them was really nice, firstly I arrived as a bit of emergency because I needed root treatment, despite the secretary told me it was not possible to see the doctor without an appointment the doctor took an x-ray on the spot and identified the urgency of it and told me to come on his next available time slot for the treatment. The process was smooth and the doctor spoke porper English and explained me what he was doing. He was very friendly and considerate. I would very much recommend them as it seemed like a very honest and modern dentist clinic that during my visit in Krakow saved me.

Great team of professionals and amazing customer service

The people at indexmedica really know how to make you feel welcome and they take so good care of there pasients. I live in norway but since the prices Are so good at indexmedica, i ONLY use this clinik in poland instead or Norwegian dentist. I would give them 20 stars if possible. MUST VISIT!! :D
