I was recommended to see Dr. Anood Mohammad Ismail by a colleague, and I’m so glad I took that advice! Dr. Anood took her time to thoroughly explain the procedure for putting a zirconia cap on my tooth. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly impressed me, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I recently visited Rayhan Medical Complex for my regular check-up, and I was very pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff specially Hanan and Heba greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. If there ZERO stars they are deserved it. Extremely disrespectful from the clinic and Dr. Rahaf. After I waited more than 20 mins they told the Dr is already left despite having an appointment!! Highly not recommended

I'm very disappointed. I came here yesterday evening to see a doctor, but upon arriving at the reception, I was directly refused because they said my Globe Med insurance isn't accepted here due to not having agreement with my employer's company. I pointed out that many of my colleagues use Globe Med insurance in same hospital without issue, but I was met with what I consider to be unprofessional behaviour and poor demeanor.
