Had my hair transplant done in June 2022 and just had my last follow up appointment with Dr Ma yesterday. The results after 1 year plus is quite amazing, most family members were pleasantly surprised. While costly, it was worth the investment. The overall experience provided by Dr Ma and his team was great from start to end. Communication was easy mainly via Whatsapp. The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional and most importantly non-judgmental. Dr Ma is extremely patient and knowledgeable and would answer all your questions patiently. Makes you feel assured every step of the way. He also makes an effort to remember small details about you (your family members, your work, etc.) despite his high number of patients, which makes the whole experience very personal. The transplant procedure and recovery process was smooth without any hiccups too. Overall a highly positive experience which i will recommend to anyone facing hair loss problems!
