Life changing and I would recommend Jonathan was amazing very welcoming professional and contentious. My anxiety much improved from not being able to go into work due to physical sensations to having a calm mind this has also helped with my mindset and other habits. When I met Jonathan for the first time, we had an immediate rapport that made me feel willing to disclose personal matters such as phobias and daily challenges. Jonathan helped me overcome certain irrational fears that prevented me from leaving the home. I forced myself to go see him, and he was well beyond my expectations of his abilities. All of my irrational phobias have been rationalised, and my work success is through the roof, no longer is my terrible shyness and stuttering under pressure. I was conducting meetings with unbelievable confidence in no time. He eradicated my anxiety and vertigo, and after four months there is no indications that it will return. 4 months after my original fifth therapy session, the effects remain the same as if I had just left an hour ago. If you're considering hypnotherapy, I recommend Jonathan in the highest terms. I first tried to give up cigarettes twenty years ago! I would manage short breaks, but always circled back for one reason or another. This year, after two sessions of hypnotherapy, it was like a switch finally turned off. It's not even a case of being stronger or more disciplined. Thrillingly, the thought of smoking simply doesn't cross my mind. A place I have long wanted to be. Dare I say... it was easy. I couldn't be happier to have found Jonathan and made this change.

I was extremely nervous and anxious before my first appointment, with shaking hands, fast beating heart.. In general, I completely did not believe in myself. I have no words to thank Jonathan enough for fixing it all. Such a pleasant, relaxing experience it was, Jonathan made me feel comfortable straight away. When I think about myself from before the therapy, I cannot believe this is the same person.
