It has been a week since my smile pro lasik surgery. My initial plan was to do TransPRK (that is not offered at this clinic) as I was advised by another doctor from a different clinic who felt that my eyes were better suited for me. However, more tests were done at BGN and a doctor assured me and convinced me that I am suited for Smile Pro Lasik. Post surgery, I only experienced slight irritation/dryness that wore off quickly with the use of the included eye drops. Waiting was very long, depending on the availability of the assigned translator. Korean patients seem to be served quicker regardless of the time difference of our arrivals. If you are on a holiday, do set aside 1.5 days for the loooong wait of the appointments, checks, surgery and follow up. I was assigned slots at 11am but only had consultation with the doctor at approximately 2.20pm. I did the smile triple surgery. Super smooth from beginning to end. Special international consultant with you from start to end so there is no issues with communication. The whole process took about 6 hours in and out with a lunch break in between. Absolutely recommend!

Got SMILE PRO from BGN Eye Clinic a week ago and entire process was very smooth and efficient. Went through the most thorough eye exam of my life, took a break for lunch (you can go down to the food court of the mall to grab a bite), and then they did the surgery. Surgery was painless and quick and the translators made sure you knew what was going on. Shout out to Anh for facilitating the process and guiding through everything in English. Would highly recommend.

I had Smile Pro done with BGN in April 2024, and I'm very satisfied. Everyone was nice and helpful. The testing was in-depth, and the nurse who was taking care of me spoke perfect English. I also had an amazing patient coordinator who explained the rest of the process, the types of surgeries, and everything in detail. It's been almost two months now, and my vision is 20/20 with no side effects or issues.

I had a super smooth experience and I highly recommend BGN for travellers. Anh was my translator the entire way and everyone took great care of me. I needed a check up after surgery and they were really accommodating in getting me a slot before my flight home. Thanks to everyone here and I'm so thrilled with my new eyes :)

The staff at BGN were extremely helpful, especially Anh who spoke English. She worked with me throughout the process and provided translation services throughout. I had originally selected a package, and they gave me extra service with an upgrade. I did not expect this and it was a testimony to how they work to take care of new patients. Having been several months now, my vision is much improved and I am so happy to not have to worry about dealing with contacts or glasses has made a vast improvement in my quality of life. I got the Smile Pro service because I had an Astigmatism and can say that I am very happy with the service. The clinic was immaculate and the staff was extremely professional and helpful during the whole process.

I came to BGN at Lotte World Tower to have laser eye surgery. They were wonderful, had nice staff, and even a translator who assisted me with all the steps and made sure things were explained to me in English. I was able to get the consult and surgery on the same day. I received a SMILE, which is a minimally invasive eye surgery with quick recovery time. The surgery itself lasted less than 10 minutes, and by that evening I was feeling well enough to have dinner with my family. I am now a week past surgery and my eyes are great... But best of all I CAN SEE 20/20 with NO contacts or glasses! My only regret was not doing it sooner. And to speak to the price- SMILE here at BGN cost less for both eyes than it would have cost me to get one eye done back in the USA. Fabulous experience and I would totally recommend it.

They were so amazing and really nice and the service was outstanding. Also the surgery was very quick and precise.

Great experience with the clinic. Anh was very helpful with the translations. Everyone was very nice and nurses guided me throughout the process. I got the Quattro+ SMILE procedure. I decided to get it in Seoul as it is cheaper than what we have locally in my country and BGN's equipments are top notch. The tests were very thorough. There was stinging during the 1st day but after rest and following after care, the next day the pain was gone though vision was still a bit blurred and driving is not advisable. I can see far now but devices i have to adjust the font size to be bigger to read what's on the screen. Hopefully this would be better in a week's time.

The staff is awesome. Walk you through ever part, from beginning to end. Had a translator accompany me. Wish I would have known about this place sooner.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic! The service was wonderful and they offered fluent English service as well. Doctors and nurses were all very kind and informative throughout the whole process!

This is a very good clinic, with good customer service and guidance for forerigners. They have a few English speaking consultants, so when booking by email it's good to let them know that you're a foreigner. There's some rush, so sometimes things got lost in translation, especially when some of the none English speaking staff has to help you.
