Este hospital a hecho un cambio impresionante,desde que es HM hospital es todo mucho más calidad,orden,maquinaria nueva,e estado 4 días y la verdad le doy las gracias desde mi primer día de urgencias asta el día que me dieron el alta,enfermeras médicos,todos muchas gracias .

Ni para salvarme volvería a esta clínica.....de terror.

Me reciben con problemas, una vez solucionados me dan unas pegatinas y un número y me dicen que espere justo detrás de recepcion. Tras más de una hora esperando (CON CITA) pregunto y me dicen que no es allí, pero que el edificio donde tendría que ir ya está cerrado. Y PA QUE ME DICES QUE ESPERE AHI Y ME DAS NUMERO???? No sé enteran ni de donde trabajan, nadie sabe nada, son lento, se echan la culpa entre ellos... horrible para no volver

La mañana del 07 de enero estuve 40 minutos esperando para una resonancia y cuando pregunté en recepción a otra persona distinta a la que me atendió al llegar, me dijo que el aparato estaba estropeado (una vez más; este aparato está así cada dos por tres). Nadie me llamó para avisarme y encima de que me hicieron perder la tarde, la señorita de recepción ni se disculpó. Un servicio y una atención lamentables. Y repetimos desastre; la mañana del 09 de enero tenía cita para mamografía y ecografía de mamas; al llegar al hospital me dijeron que el mamógrafo estaba estropeado (una vez más, no me habían avisado) y que la radióloga llevaba una hora de retraso y no contestaba. Finalmente no apareció y tuvieron que cambiar todas las citas del día. La puerta corredera que hay junto al mostrador de recepción de radiología no funcionaba. Si los estándares de calidad de la cadena HM Hospitales se reflejan en mi experiencia de esta semana, mal van. Les he enviado mi reclamación por email tal

Polite, efficient, professional. The treatment went as planned, short and to the point.

Treatment was for my wife/ X-ray, scan, and diagnosis within two hours. Had suffered years in the UK without finding the problem. Medication has alleviated the pain within 24 hours and feeling better now than in a long time. Would highly recommend.

I had a knee replacement and later back surgery for a compressed nerve. Recently I had cryosurgery for a bone cancer tumor. All surgeries done by Dr Seara, for me the best Orthopedic surgeon! My hospital experience was also very good. Great staff and nice nurses who cared.

My wife had a bad break of her humerus, Dr Seara did the operation of on the same day as assessment. A brilliant doctor.. We are on holiday here and waiting to go home. Excellent! Great surgery on a complicated fracture. Very impressive

I had hip replacement surgery to my left hip. I was on the waiting list for Anteqeura hospital but the waiting was getting longer and longer. I used the internet to find a reputable doctor and private clinic. I would recommend to a friend this clinic and the surgeon. Good value for money, swift and efficient service. A bustling, busy clinic. A short wait to see the doctor. Friendly efficient staff. The surgeon spoke very good English , explained everything clearly and has a good bedside manner.An Xray was taken and in 10 minutes we were able to discuss the treatment required. I arranged to be admitted for surgery the same week.

I dislocated my shoulder and two tendons were severed. Unfortunately I received bad advice from social services doctor when I was told that rehab would not be necessary! When I realised I was not able to lift the arm at all, I paid for an MRI which showed the damage. At Sta. Elena I was operated on the day after I presented, The main tendon was attached by harpoons into the shoulder, it was not possible to repair the lesser tendon. Now in rehab I am making very good progress, partly due to my hard work and of course the skill of my surgeon, Dr Javier Seara. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. For me personally, it was a lot of money, but I had no alternative. I have now taken out private health insurance! I chose St. Elena Clinic because of a friend's recommendation. My treatment in the clinic was excellent. Incredibly efficient. I would only say that there was rather a lack of compassion, or call it bedside manner from the nursing staff. I think this is quite common in Spain

Went for consultation re broken hip and knee replacement. Had x-rays and saw Orthopaedic surgeon. Later had knee replacement surgery. Still in recovery and attending at the clinic. Was quoted reasonable price for the surgery and it in fact cost slightly less. Very good. Surgeon spoke excellent English. Gave me full confidence in the treatment. All staff were helpful and professional. Clinic is clean, well-equipped and busy. Chose this due to proximity and very happy with it

This is the third operation I have had at Clinica Santa Elena. I have just left the hospital after a knee replacement. I cannot thank all the staff enough for their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. Dr Seara and Dr Cordero performed the operation as a team and were superb and very supportive. My arm was dislocated, muscle relaxant injected, and my arm was pulled into the bowl. Virtually painless!
