My daughter had surgery at Aestheal Clinic (Istanbul) with Dr. Mustafa Onal in Jan 2025. Their consultant Léa promised she’d look “super cute” — instead, the result left her scarred, emotionally devastated, and still suffering. We paid CAD $6,500 for lip lift, chin lipo, under-eye fat transfer & more. At the clinic, they raised it to $10K, pressured us, and removed surgeries last minute. Her results were poor, and they ignored us after. First of all, a big thank you to Mohammed the medical consultant, without him I would not have made this trip, journey and would never have had the positive experience. Day 1 I was greeted very nicely at the airport with a pick-up, he told me the day of the first procedure, I checked in at the hotel and then prepared for the next one. 2nd day of the harrtransplantation, I was picked up at the hotel and taken to the Good looking clinic. After consulting with the medical team, they explained the process to me, which I then agreed to. The hair transplant took about 7-8 hours, with a wonderful result ;) Once again, a big thank you to the medical team, the translator and also to lea who clarified the questions of the aftercare. 3. aftercare of the harrtransplantation, i was explained how to use the medicine. 4. the departure was also very well organized, after breakfast and checking of the hard transplant in the clinic, i was taken to the airport. Great experience. Very helpful and courteous staff. It was wonderfully planned from setting up appointment including all the logistics. Procedure was handled very professionally. Overall a good experience.

Honstly i recommend this hospital for all the medical sections . All of the staff were very nice epically hamdi my advisor and haya the translator. Verey clean uniets and on time appointments. Feels like home. Specially after a bad experience i had beffore. Cant wait for my next visit. Thanks all.

Pour une greffe de cheveux. Très bonne clinique et du personnel gentil, aux petits soins, super Docteur. Tout le personnel ( chauffeurs, hôtel.......) est très bien et le service parfait . Un grand merci à Haifa ma conseillère qui a été parfaite pour le suivi, les conseils, les informations. Un grand cœur toujours à l'écoute. Et à ma traductrice très proche et de bon conseil aussi. The best choice I have done to go ahead with the procedures with this amazing team. From the beginning every question was answered with clarity and promptly. Once with them in Istanbul felt safe and taken care throughout the whole process at any time (day and night).
