A year ago, I had a terrible and traumatizing experience with a hair transplant at Angelic in Istanbul, Turkey. Since then, I have been fighting to address the issues caused by this procedure. The work was poorly done, and I am still suffering from the consequences and emotional distress. As a very unhappy and frustrated customer, I do not recommend this clinic for hair transplants. If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to reach out. I can provide detailed information and pictures of my before and after results. Here are some topics related to my complaint that need to be addressed: - Sterility - Communication - Accommodation (hotel and hospital) - Team professionalism - Procedure not performed by a certified doctor (only a nurse and assistant) - Transparency and honesty during negotiation - number of extracted grafts (lower) not according to the negotiation, erased marked lines and ignored areas supposed to be implanted. And finally, PAIN!!! Lots of pain!!! D

Angelic is the best i came first day from usa to Angelic they picked me up from istanbul airport on time took me to the best hotel with best stuff best service after first day the 2nd day they came to hotel on time picked me up to the cleanic i saw the best people there with smiley faces they served me they did warm hospitality they called to cosulatant before they start work on my hair transplant they did misure my head they were just getting cosultant from me how do you like then they start the surgerry very smoothly i was satified with as my experiences with great Angelic i preffer angelic .

Comienzo de tratamiento complejo. Los temores lógicos de viajar a un país desconocido. Sin embargo desde el primer momento con el dr Rami todas las dudas y consultas fueron respondidas y siempre a disposición durante un año. Excelente atención y profesionalismo de doctores y traductor. La próxima visita dejaré nueva impresión. Hasta hoy súper satisfecho. Muchas gracias!!

They were amazing at communicating details of the procedure and planning my arrival and entire stay in Turkey. It was an amazing experience. I got picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel as promised and got picked up and dropped off at the clinic for the procedure and aftercare wash. They were very friendly and caring. They even assisted with finding me a hotel in downtown Istanbul for the rest of my trip and coordinated a night boat tour, which I enjoyed. Overall, the service was exceptional. I only wait to see the result of my hair.

Angelic Esthetic team did amazing job on my hair implants. From start to finish they kept me informed and they are keeping in touch with me to make sure after surgery everything going accordingly. I highly recommend Angelic Esthetic.

This is my second visit for the dentist to my teeth done it’s very pleasant the price is very affordable they really take care of their customers if you really wanna do your teeth here in Istanbul please go to Angelic Esthétique they will take care of you more than you imagine and great thing is they took from the airport put you in the 5starts hotel prick you from the hotel to the clinic they always put the money behind they really care about their customers tank you Naim, Abdallah and all the team they all nice o can’t imagine how great they are. Excellent experience from beginning to end. I couldn't get a clinic in the US to give me any specifics about any procedure but these guys actually provided a detailed treatment plan and followed it. From the day I messaged them, they have been in contact 24/7 for any questions. The procedure was highly skilled and professional. The hotel was great also. I highly recommend AE, I will be back!

I would recommend Angelic Esthetic to everyone . The entire team is very respectful and trustworthy. I am looking forward to my second visit. I came to Angelic Esthetic as a recommendation from a friend. I never liked my teeth and they where badly damaged from years of smoking. Thankfully I quit smoking and decided it was time to do something for me. I was nervous but as some as I contact Angelic Rami the medical consultant was extremely professional and helpful answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. I met with Naim in Turkey the coordinator and he was with me while I got my implants done. The dental staff were amazing and I felt everyone wanted the best outcome for me. When I returned to Turkey to have my crowns done everything was 👌 perfect. Naim was there again on hand to answer and question and to translate. The drivers that work for the clinic are also very professional. Everything is efficient and well organised. I was nervous about having a fake look to my teeth which I didn't want. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Its truely been life changing! Thank you guys. Keep making people smile.
