Lovely sales lady but once in Turkey the price tripled. Airport pick up did not arrive as they forgot to put me on list then dropped me 15 minutes from my Airbnb late at night with no directions. No communication during procedure dental nurse and dentist were too busy telling hilarious Turkish jokes to each other, a lot of pain, they made cleft palate/gum where they put tooth in wonky and left it like that. First attempt they broke false tooth in instalment. No written aftercare instructions or medication instructions. Left in a side room bleeding and in excruciating pain while a drug addict from the street walked through the room looking for stuff to steal. Complaint manager asked “is that it?” With a smirk when listening to my experience like it was okay. There were other unhappy customers there when I went and I read somewhere that they somehow remove negative feedback from their trustpilot reviews. Shocking treatment. Took my money maimed me and laughed at me. Don’t go there!

Very friendly staff, I am very happy with everything. I definitely recommend them. They have great technicians, I had no issues with all my temporary teeth. Thanks to them I can smile again ☺️

Absolutely fantastic service both dental and customer support. They walk you through from beginning to end. This clinic is highly recommended, my wife who is petrified of dentists was constantly reassured and ended up with brilliant results. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive, communication from the clinic is clear. I would, if possible give them 10 stars out of 5.

Professional dental care, the place is immaculate. First trip the language barrier and the unknown was worrying but the second trip was much more relaxed and the translators were very nice. The transfer from and to the airport and the hotel is great and the drivers are nice.

Yet another great experience at DentaTur. I had my original work completed in March 2022. It is now one year on and I felt that I had to return for a checkup and be fitted with bite guard. This is truly an amazing clinic with very high standards of care. Everyone is very friendly and it is nice to be remembered after a year. Please consider having your dental care here - you will not be disappointed. Thank you again and hopefully return in 2024

Dr. Sharif and Dr. Fulya were my dentists. I got implants and temporary teeth put on. They have good service. The clinic is nice and very modern. I am happy with the treatment I receive. My patient coordinator Emre is great. Also thanks to the other coordinators Nico and Ecem. The transfers from clinic to hotel is good and organized.

My brother and I have just completed our All on 4 journey together, from day one corresponding on WhatsApp to leaving for the airport home-ALL the staff at Dentatur were amazing, all so friendly, the professionalism is incredible, super clean, can’t fault anything at all. Everyone is nervous obviously, but just trust these people because without doubt they definitely know their stuff! We both now have wide smiles we only ever dreamt of until we finally made this decision. Many thanks to ALL the team, team work makes a dream work 😁
