I cannot comment on the quality of Dr. Farzan’s medical services, as I ultimately did not have a consultation. I had booked an appointment online and paid €250 for a fast, direct slot. However, after reading numerous negative reviews, I decided to cancel out of caution, as I was concerned about potentially dealing with an untrustworthy practitioner. I shared my concerns with the doctor’s secretary, who was understanding and very professional. They immediately offered me a refund, which I received without any issues. Therefore, while I cannot judge the medical work itself, I can confirm that the team is responsive, polite, and correct in handling such matters.
