My Experience with Este Future Hair Transplant Clinic, Istanbul I am deeply disappointed with Este Future’s handling of my treatments and aftercare. I have paid a total of $5,400 across two surgeries (2019 and 2022), both of which completely failed to produce any growth. Both times, the clinic issued “lifetime warranty” certificates promising a free corrective procedure if no results appeared after one year. Despite this, they refused to honor these warranties and instead charged me again in 2022 for the second surgery — which also failed. Their staff later claimed my follicles might be “damaged,” yet they performed full blood tests and assessments before each operation confirming everything was normal. This contradictory excuse shows clear bad faith. After two failed surgeries, my donor area is now permanently damaged, leaving visible scars and causing ongoing pain and emotional distress. Transplantation de cheveux réalisée lundi dernier (15/01/2025) à Istanbul dans la clinique ESTEFUTURE. Très belle expérience, je ne regrette pas du tout bien au contraire. Nous sommes accompagnés par une équipe francophone, un grand merci à mr Omar et mlle Houda qui ont été très disponibles, d’un rare professionnalisme, bienveillants et surtout très rassurants tout au long du parcours. Le matériel de la clinique est à la pointe technologique, digne des meilleures cliniques Françaises. J’attend maintenant le résultat qui prendra quelques mois mais je suis convaincu de la réussite de cette opération, d’autant plus que nous serons suivis par Mr Omar à distance. Merci à tous 😊

I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure, and I am incredibly impressed with the level of care I received both before and after the operation. Pre-Operation Care: The pre-operation care was thorough and well-organized. I was able to ask as many questions as I liked and finalize the pre-arranged package deal with the medical consultant. They provided clear instructions on how to prepare for the surgery, including stopping certain medications and supplements two weeks prior to the operation to reduce risks. The staff was very patient and helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Arrival and Operation: I arrived in Istanbul at 6:30 am, and a private vehicle with a chauffeur transported me to the clinic. By 8 am, I was on the operating table. The doctor reassessed my hair situation and decided to perform both Sapphire FUE and DHI, believing this combination would yield better results than the original package deal. Although this combination would typically be more expensive, they offered me a cheaper deal considering it was a last-minute decision. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my needs. Operation Experience: The first 10 minutes were a bit painful due to the anaesthesia injections, but the rest of the operation was completely pain-free. The Nurses and Doctor were incredibly attentive, and I was able to communicate with them the whole time if I needed to, it was a long enduring operation, they played some cool music and as I could feel them working on my head the Nurses and Doctors never missed a beat, ensuring good placement of all the follicles, I was comfortable throughout the procedure. After 3800 grafts were extracted, they provided lunch, and I had a moment to relax and watch the snow fall outside.

Ive had 2 hair transplants with EsteFuture, 6 years apart. I'm from the UK and found them to be professional and courteous. I was speaking with Sara who was always on hand to coordinate and provide me instructions and advice. I would recommend EstFuture.

From the moment I left Aotearoa NZ to when I departed Istanbul, I was kept well-informed and had all my questions answered. The entire experience was exceptional, with incredible attention to detail right up until the end. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys! To top it off, six months later, my hair is looking pretty damn good—I couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

Very professional from the beginning (Taissir) called me and explained everything and answered all my questions. Everything went very smoothly. Exactly as it was explained to me. Very professional and highly skilled team. The aftercare is great as well. It's been almost a month and every time I have questions Taissir answers it promptly. Highly recommend it

Staff was accommodating and supportive throughout my whole experience. I came to the country earlier than scheduled so I can do some touring before my surgery and they still provided me rides to the off-schedule hotel. Excellent service and quality of work done. Would come back for further cosmetic surgeries in the future.

Transplantation effectué il y a 3 semaines. Tout s’est bien passé, le personnel est très accueillant et vous apportent de bons conseils. Je remercie Salma pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son écoute.

Je viens de faire ma greffe J'ai été très bien conseillé par mon conseillée Taissir un grand merci à lui à me répondre dans les plus bref délai, puis très bien accueilli à la clinique tout c'est passé comme on me l'avait expliqué ils sont vraiment aux petits soins avec vous. Si vous avez froid ils vont mettre une couverture. Si vous stresser il vous relaxe franchement rien à dire. Vraiment très bonne organisation que ce soit au niveau des transferts avec les chauffeurs l'hôtel ... On est vraiment bien accompagné je recommande fortement.

Personne réactif au téléphone et qui a su répondre à mes questions.Suite à l'opération,aucune douleurs.Personnel de la clinique trés aimable.Pris en charge depuis l'aéroport jusqu'au retour a l'aéroport.🙂

بعد بحث لمدة سنتين عن مركز لزراعة الشعر وبعد التواصل مع الكثير من العيادات وقع الاختيار على عيادة estefuture وكان اختيار جداً موفق وكل شيئ كان احترافي من استقبال للمطار والتوديع والفندق والطاقم الطبي واخص بالذكر المستشارة الطبية إيمان التي لا تكل ولا تمل من الاجابة على الاستفسارات ومتابعة المريض لحظة بلحظة في كل الأوقات، للامانة كل الطاقم كان قدر المسئولية حتى السائق اثناء التنقل من المستشفى الى الفندق يتحمل المسئولية واذا شاف اي ممارسات خاطئة ينبهك للامانة شي كان 5/5 شكرا أسرة ايست فيوتشر

The treatment was worth it. the price is very good considering accomodation is included. they are all accomodating and explained everything very well. Huda is especially very calming and friendly, my anxiety about the procedure were lessened. all in all the team did well. even their coordinator, Maha, made sure i was comfortable and everything went well since day 1. i highly recommend the clinic.

Estefuture hospital is one of the best and most trustworthy place to get a hair transplant. There Communication is beautiful, they show lots of respect and take good care of you. Especially Iman was an amazing medical consultant very nice, even after operation is finished Iman continues to check up everyday and makes sure the process of the hair transplant is making progress. Great organization and very friendly staff. Nour was and amazing help with planning and provided me with all the details: from prepping for my hair transplant to driver and hotel details. Nour even arranged for an extra hotel night for me even though it was my misunderstanding, where I thought I had an extra day but didn't. Once they started the process, the staff were always asking how I am and the doctor was checking in with me often. They have been really good about answering follow-up questions as well. I am planning to come back for a 2nd time in 2026 and I'll definitely be coming back to Este Future for my (hopefully) final hair transplant! Will add "after" photos in about 6 months.

Tout est prévu pour un confort et une efficacité au top. Pour la greffe de cheveux il faut juste prévoir 4 jours, 2000€ (opération, hotel, traductrice, médicaments, suivi médical,…) et le tour est joué ! Je pensais que ça serait plus complexe que ça. Toute l’équipe est adorable, de la 1ère correspondante aux chirurgiens. Ils sont tous très sérieux dans leur travail. Merci pour cette belle expérience ! Bruno

My experience with EsteFuture has been wonderful so far . Great customer service by Rasha and fantastic follow up by since day one. The team at the clinic were so friendly and professional and the result after 5 months is unbelievable. My hair back as like as I am twenty years old. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me reasonable evaluations for my condition. During the operation they made sure I was comfortable. I’m happy with their job. After I came back to Canada Miss Rasha (the consultant) contacted me very often to make sure that the progress was okay .

Bonjour a vous Je veux partager mon expérience avec l'hôpital Estefuture , j'ai fait une esthétique pour mon nez le mois de mai passé , le résultat est juste woooooooow , surtout avec ma consultante médicale Radia , c'est une algérienne kabyle , vu que je suis kabyle aussi alors j'étais très alaise elle a compris ce que je voulais faire , le service de A à Z est parfait me transport , l'hôtel , l'hôpital tout est excellent Bon courage l'équipe , vous êtes les meilleurs 👍👏

Il ya 2 jours que j ai effectué l'implantation des cheveux .pour l'instant je témoigne de mon expérience : un excellent contact et préparation simple et fluide de la démarche grâce à Jannet. Une personne extrêmement disponible et très sympathique qui m a assisté énormément depuis le 1e contact. J'étais pris en charge sans faute et le personnel aussi est professionnel.la clinique est à côté de l'hôtel C'est génial. Ils sont top et Jannet en particulier qui me répond presque 24/24 et 7 sur 7.
