I didn’t get a facelift. There’s no hair transplant option to select. One word - Avoid. I would hazard a guess 90% of these reviews are fake. Look closely. Ironic that Trustpilot cannot be trusted, anyone can leave a positive review. My donor area has been depleted with overharvesting, poor implantation plan, and low graft survival rate which they take no responsibility for and look to blame me for. All they care about is their “brand” and reputation, and not focusing on the actual issue which is the amateur work. My head is a mess and I have a scarred donor area. Overharvested for grafts that are now lost forever as they’ve not survived. I’d be surprised if all of my removed grafts even got implanted, you don’t get to see. It’s a well marketed hair mill with people leaving reviews well before they've had a chance to see results. Do your research and don't believe their own hype. I can honestly say that my experience at EsteGrande Hair Transplant Clinic was nothing short of life-changing—and dare I say, even a little cinematic! I half-expected paparazzi to start snapping photos of my grand entrance! The clinic itself is a sparkling haven of cleanliness and modernity. Every corner of the facility exudes care and precision, and I immediately felt at ease as if I’d entered a five-star spa rather than a medical center. The entire team was incredibly respectful and warm; their friendly banter and genuine smiles made the whole experience feel less clinical and more like catching up with old friends. The doctors, in particular, impressed me with their professionalism.

I will recommend esteGrande to everyone who wants a hair transplant , beard transplant and dental treatment. I visited them from London. They picked me from the airport and brought to a very nice hotel. I was in touch with Grace and she is great! My hair , my beard and teeth are perfect now. The hospital transplanted 5000 grafts. Just home from my transplant facilitated by Este Grande. From start to finish it has been the smoothest process. My handler Bryan Informed me of everything and organised everything. Communication was constant and all my questions answered within minutes. On the day of the procedure I was looked after from I arrived at the hospital until I left. I cannot recommend them enough.

Everything was brilliant. From initial contact with Bryan over whatsapp at the start, to the point of drop off at the airport after the transplant the service and care was great. It was a really positive overall experience. My contact person Bryan was really helpful not only for the duration of the procedure but even after I was back in my hometown. Timely replies and updates on what should be done were some of the best things I liked about the staff. They even celebrated my birthday as it was near to the date of my surgery. Thanks to Bryan,Amy and the wonderful staff that made this experience positive.
