Anche l'assistenza è stata impeccabile e un ringraziamento particolare va alla traduttrice Mirella, sempre molto disponibile, carina e professionale. Mi ha aiutato in tutto anche dopo, una volta tornato a casa. Clinica consigliatissima!

Sin duda la mejor clínica de Istanbul!! Todo el servicio ha sido impecable! El equipo es muy amable, me han cuidado súper bien. Me hicieron sentir muy cómodo y relajado durante todo la operación. La verdad que ha sido una buena experiencia. Todavía es pronto decir como fueron los resultados porque llevo solo 4 días con el pelo nuevo, pero tiene muy buena pinta :)

I did my hair transplant last week over two days. Maybe it is too early to share my feedback on the outcome but I really wanted to share my experience while it is fresh in mind. I’ve travelled alone and went through tow very long days surgery duration almost 8 hours each day. The team led by Najihan were just amazing and very professional. I want to call out Ahmed, Aisha, Mohammad and Yousif who went above and beyond to take care of me and of every little detail. Very friendly and honest which is what you really need in such a case. They were driven by the desired successful outcome, and since my donor area was able to give good amount they spent extra time to extract and plant almost 7200 grafts. Excellent experience and experienced team, I look forward to seeing the outcome soon!

Pot spune desore aceasta clinica doar lucururi doar de bine, personal foarte primitor si bine pregatit, mereu cauta sa rezolve porblemele si nu ii opreste nimic in a gasi solutii. Eu personal m am simtit excelent acolo si sa mai fie nevoie as merge oricand, fara vre o ezitare, mi s-a trasat hairline-ul exact asa cum mi am dorit si am avut un rezultat pe masura-v oi reveni cu un review dupa 7-8 luni de la implant

Am fost satisfăcut pentru tratament,operația a decurs ff bine,recomand cu toată încrederea aceasta clinica mai ales că este singura clinica din Turcia care face transplant cu par din barba!!Estepalace este numărul 1!!!

Just back from my second trip from Estepalace and had to give the feedback that it deserves. Right from the start from booking, transfers, best hotels, to the surgery it a 10 star. Not to mention the aftercare and the price. Can’t thank them enough. Best team ever. 👌

Hallo! Ich was vor knapp zwei Wochen und habe mir meine Haare machen lassen, meine Eindrücke sind sehr positiv, angefangen vom Service bis zur endgültigen Transplantation. Ein sehr lockere bis hin zur Familiären Atmosphäre wo der Focus auf den Patienten liegt und nicht am verdienst, es wird sehr auf die Wünsche eingegangen und versucht das beste rauszuholen. Meine Entscheidung bei Estepalace die Haare gemacht zu haben bereue ich nicht, alles richtig und gut gemacht. Könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, doch mein Fazit ist durchweg POSITIV.

Sehr empfehlenswert, sehr professionell unt top Hygiene. Vom Empfang bis zur Beratung sehr professionell aufgestellt. Preis - Leistung ist unschlagbar. Beide Daumen hoch!!

Excellent centre de transplantation. L'équipe estepalace a été au top. Chauffeur privé de l'aéroport à l'hôtel 5 étoiles. Ainsi que de l'hôtel a la clinique. L'équipe est tout simplement incroyable le travail y fait avec minutie. Cela fait 3 mois et le résultat est incroyable sachant que le résultat définitive est visible 8 mois après l'opération... Je recommande fort !!!!

Sono rimasto molto contento dell'esperienza fatta e del lavoro che le ragazze e la specialista hanno fatto. Molto precise, professionali e simpatiche. Un grosso punto di merito va all'assistenza data, e che continuerà a dare, dalla Mirela, traduttrice italiana molto disponibile e professionale. Ci ha assistito alla grande, anche quando abbiamo avuto qualche problemino in aeroporto. Posso solo che consigliare questa clinica.

Excellent service. On arrival we were greeted by an attendant who took us to the hotel. The following day we were picked up by the same person who took us to the clinic where we were welcomed by very friendly staff that performed the procedure. Very satisfied with the treatment and I highly recommend Estepalace.

Après 6 mois d'opération, je suis très satisfait du résultat. Tout le monde me complimente sur mes cheveux et j'ai retrouvé ma jeunesse capillaire. L' opération s'est bien déroulée grâce au soutien de Fadwa qui a été merveilleuse. En plus, tout a été pris en charge depuis l'aéroport. Je recommande !

I got put onto Estepalace by a friend who had really great results. It was such an easy process, all I had to do was book my flights and turn up in Turkey. They handled transportation and accomodation which was factored into the price of my surgery. Much cheaper then previous surgery I had in Australia and much better results. I also can’t say enough about how lovely, kind and caring all the staff were! If you’re thinking of changing your hair situation I 10/10 recommend EstePalace

Ich war überrascht wie gut alles organisiert und abgelaufen ist. Von der Abholung am Flugplatz, die Operation selbst und die Betreuung inklusive dem Rücktransport. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es lief alles perfekt 👌🏻 Auch jetzt nach der Operation kann ich meine Fragen stellen und bekomme immer eine hilfreiche, nette und kompete Antwort. Vielen Danke an das gesamte Team. Ihr seid sehr gut!!! 😊
