READ BEFORE CHOOSING THIS CLINIC Unreliable and incompetent. Make sure you read all type of reviews to get an actual picture of how this business is run. Do the surgery at your own risk. Where do I even start. I traveled all the way from Australia in 2022 to undergo lasik surgery with this company. They had supposedly arranged their private transportation to pick me up at the airport. Not only do they never showed up leaving me stranded, but not once did they apologize or gave me a proper explanation. This lead me to arrange transportation myself to get to the city. Not professional at all, but alright. I'd gone there to do the surgery after all. The lasik surgery was €1200 for both eyes. Despite this, I was charged €900 for one eye because the cost was supposedly higher due to my high astigmatism. They never mentioned this. It should be mentioned they never bothered to put me in touch with the doctor that'd be doing the surgery.

Възстановяването при мен беше по- бавно( бях предупредена за това), но към днешна дата се радвам, че се реших да се оперирам. Организацията и отношението в клиниката и от екипа в България са перфектни!!! Всички, който имат опасения и страхове да знаят, че са неоснователни. Сбъднах мечтата си- направете го и Вие😌

My distance vision was corrected perfectly. I do need reading glasses now, but I expected that at middle age. Staff speaks multiple languages, English not their strongest. The price was about 1/4 the price in California, which makes sense due to cost differences.

So, hier vielleicht mal der erste Langzeit-Erfahrungsbericht. Mein Mann und ich haben uns bereits 2007 bei EyeSTAR die Augen lasern lassen. Ich hatte -7,5 Dioptrien, mein Mann nur -1,75. Der Aufenthalt und die Betreuung waren dort sehr angenehm. Ich war letzten Monat noch beim Augenarzt - Ergebnis: immer noch 100% Sehkraft und selbst der Arzt war noch verwundert, dass so gut gearbeitet wurde und fast nichts von der OP zu sehen ist. Also wir sind bis heute noch begeistert und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

I was able to book a last minute appointment at EyeStar during my trip to Turkey. The people there are incredibly professional, quick, patient and polite. The language barrier on my part did not stop us from communicating and cracking jokes. Lasik treated my astigmatism and myopia, and they given me the confidence to live my life without glasses. My only regret was not breaking and leaving my glasses in their famous glasses bowl 😆 Thank you again EyeStar team, you’ve changed my life.

Vor fast 3 Wochen war ich in der Klinik und habe mir die Augen gelasert. Heute nach 3 Wochen stelle ich mir die Frage wieso ich es nicht viel früher gemacht habe 😃Vielen vielen dank an Şebo die uns einfach von Anfang an begleitet hat, sehr lustig war und unsere Fragen immer sehr genau beantwortet hat.. ☺️
