I recently underwent a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Sedat Rüzgar after a disappointing experience with Grand Clinic in 2021 leaving me with asymmetry and awful results. From start to finish, the process was seamless with finesse clinic and I felt exceptionally well cared for all answers where promptly and in depth replied to each time. The coordinator was outstanding—she was always responsive and attentive to my concerns, making the entire surgery journey stress-free. The driver was kind and punctual, ensuring comfortable transportation. I felt safe being alone here for surgery and was such a great experience. Dr. Rüzgar truly listened to my needs and demonstrated remarkable bedside manner. He skillfully corrected the issues from my previous surgery, restoring both function and aesthetics to my nose without changing my ethnicity/face structure too much and I cannot be happier. I came to Finesse Clinic for a revision rhinoplasty following a traumatic car accident that left me with significant functional issues. Breathing had become a challenge, and it was affecting my quality of life. Dr. Rüzgar approached my case with both precision and compassion. His honesty about what could realistically be achieved, coupled with his innovative techniques, gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. The results? Nothing short of spectacular. A major part of my experience was shaped by the clinic’s coordinator, Sena. To say she was amazing would be an understatement. Sena is nothing short of a godsend—an angel dedicated to making every client’s experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She handled everything, from securing my transportation and hotel stay to guiding me step-by-step through the surgical process. She was refreshingly honest, never sugarcoating the realities of surgery and recovery, and she was available 24/7 to answer my questions—even at the oddest hours. Sena’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care are unparalleled; she’s the heartbeat of Finesse Clinic. Upon arriving in Istanbul, I was greeted by Ibrahim and Ahmed, the clinic’s drivers, who instantly made me feel at ease. These two went far beyond the role of drivers—they were like family, checking in on me regularly and ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Doctor Sedat Ruzgar was very professional, he ask me what I was looking to achieve with the esthetic of my nose, and asked me if I had breathing problems. He told me what he could do for my nose and I trusted him. The accommodations in the five star hotel was fantastic. Whenever I needed medicine, the assistant would send a person to the hotel with my medications. When Doctor Sedat took the bandages from my nose the day before departure, I was so happy to see my transformation! After two months after my rhinoplasty I can ask questions about my nose recovery and the assistant promptly will talk to Doctor Sedat, and answer me right away. Great Doctor a very good team that work with him.

Everything was great! Doctor Sedat Ruzgar was very profesional, warm person. He made amazing job, the shape is exellent. Love that even after month after surgery, they still answer to all your questions and helps you. And the stuff was really helpful and good. Recomend this clinic!

Nothing to say,it was a hard decision to have a plastic surgery in a foreign country but then I realised it was the best decision I ever made. The staff is very kind and available and Doctor Ruzgar's works are Amazing. I had my rhinoplastic surgery in January 2023

Where do I begin? From the communication to the actual results they delivered on every single level. The transportation was great, the after care was great, and the knowledge the doctors provided was amazing. I had a Rhinolasty combined with a neck lift and buccal fat removal. I have an “ethnic” nose so this by no means was an easy case. They went above and beyond. I love my new face.
