The hospital was very pristine and staff very friendly and helpful. The surgeon is amazing and very knowledgeable, humble and professional. Definitely great experience! And I’ve lost 1 stone in a week! 💃🏾♥️✌🏾

I would recommend Gozde for a Gastric Sleeve however there are some things I wish I’d have known. ▫️I booked through Afaf via WhatsApp and she was an absolute angel - she honestly couldn’t do enough for me and answered so quickly despite the time. ▫️I decided on Dr Ergin Arslan and opted for the Premium Package - which cost me £3100 altogether on the day (I paid by card and not cash). My op was booked for 9th July and I flew out 8th July. We arrived quite late and we were checked into MyWay Deluxe which was a lovely hotel, had no complaints there and it was a shame I only stayed 1 night! ▫️The shuttle bus was ready to pick us up from reception and take us to Özel Saglik at 8am. The shuttle bus was packed full of others having surgery. We were brought to the reception and then split up into around groups of 10, and taken in our groups for our pre op tests. I don’t know what I was expecting, but at this point, I felt like cattle. It was very much like a production line.

Surgery Feb 2024 Surgeon: eyup yeldan I had surgery on economy hospital and had the best experience. Yeldan was smiley and always visited me everyday to see how I was doing. Nurses were fantastic, always quick with pain relief. The hospital is basic but you sleep most the time there. Its also used by locals kinda like a&e in the UK The hotel was lovely and clean too. You do share a transfer but I assume the luxury one is if you pay the extra £1000 for the privilege, I actually preferred sharing as I got to meet other people having the surgery. Cons would probably be the companion isn't given bedding in economy, unsure if was an accident or not. Food isn't great for companions so take snacks. The extra costs that other reviews have spoken about is explained in the contracts you sign before you pay for the surgery, I advise you read the contract properly. I had a hernia repair which was additional £500 but was offered 30 days to pay if I needed it. Don't let reviews put you off.

Von Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt. Diese Klinik hier kann ich zu 100% empfehlen, professionell, liebe Schwestern, sehr netter Arzt (Serkan Gökpinar) und noch nettere Begleitung durch die liebe duygu. Transfer Abholung usw hat alles geklappt. Die Liebe duygu war immer erreichbar, hat mir immer zu jederzeit geschrieben. Durch duygu habe ich so viel Vertrauen in den ganzen Prozess hier gesteckt. Sie ist so lieb und ein herzensmensch. Das Hotel-wirklich schön alles sauber. Im Krankenhaus die Schwestern alle so nett professionell. Der Arzt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Er ist komplett auf meine Wünsche eingegangen!!! Meine Freundinnen werden auch hier hin gehen. Habt keine Angst und lasst euch nicht verunsichern. I'll keep this as brief and fair as possible: Firstly I'd like to say that I could never have afforded the operation here in the UK and I have nothing but good things to say about my surgeon. Please, please, please - do not go alone!!! It's a very vulnerable time. Don't bother paying for premium... (2 stars for nurses and surgeon solely) Pros: - excellent surgeon (Dr Mehmet Deniz) - nurses were really helpful, never had to wait long for meds etc - this surgery has changed and lengthened my life! Cons: - communication is awful after booking/arriving - missold - "luxury" transport you pay for is un-air conditioned 20 year old mini bus shared with others. It's sold as a VIP car 🤣 - sold as having lifelong support and aftercare... It's been 5 months and yet to see any... - very different experiences if you allow photos/videos etc to whose who do not - I didn't ever meet with the dietician etc after the surgery but others did. Others in my group chat were given lots of paperwork.

I had a great experience and was well and truly looked after. My surgeon Dr Memhet Deniz and his staff were the best. The hospital was very clean and the hospital rooms were out of this world as was the hotel. Myself personally would recommend this hospital to anyone who is considering surgery. I am due to fly out to Turkey for gastric sleeve surgery in April 2023 and the service I have received so far has been great. Burcin my advisor has answered all of my questions and sometimes long after her finish time. I would certainly recommend Gozde International

Büşra* made the decision to book extremely easy, she was warm and friendly and answered all of my questions. She was very understanding and helped me get to the right surgery package with her knowledge and understanding. I look forward to flying out and having my surgery.

I made contact with Gozde through a lady called Busra. She is very attentive and quick to respond to any queries via WhatsApp. No query has been left unanswered and so far all my fears or reservations have been overturned or justified. I even recommended my friend to her as i felt so comfortable. I haven't yet had my surgery but i feel i am in safe hands if Busra is anything to go by. Also my doctor, one Dr Arslan, is among the very best. I searched and searched and literally cannot find a single thing against his name. So between Busra and Dr Arslan i feel i am in safe hands.

I have recently booked surgery. I received the help to do so by iiknur yayla illy. I have had every question I have had answered perfectly and had a massive amount of help, which has made me find the process of booking very easy and much less intimidating. I am now very excited to receive the surgery and have no regrets in booking with this hospital in particular. I am very glad that I chose gozde, and I am very thankful for all of the help that I have received so far.

This staff team and the coordinator seren and DRmemet Dennise are all first class right from the start of my journey till I left. Hospital and hotel 10 star the dietician and nurses fabulous. The 15hrs dance on the ward is brilliant and makes you feel happy all the staff join in making it special and a lovely atmosphere. I cannot fault gozel saglik or its team including the cleaning staff so friendly . Clean and spacious.. the whole process is 10 star . WELL DONE 👏 ✔

Best decision I ever made to have weight loss surgery. The process was so easy and everyone I came across via what’s app or in person were extremely friendly and accommodating. Sometimes there was a language barrier so staff and medical professionals used Google translate. Had lots of pre op checks. Met surgeon on the morning of surgery and saw him every day until I was discharged. The hospital was immaculately clean. Cleaners came by 3 times per day. Room was big and had own bathroom. All controlled by touch screen electronics. Aftercare team have also been in touch a few weeks after surgery and then a few months later to check on my recovery and progress. I would Honestly recommend to anyone considering surgery to chose this Hosp and their services.

I’m Very happy with my experience of gozde international hospital. My medical consultant Sadia kept me well informed via WhatsApp with regards to my rhinoplasty surgery. My surgeon DR. DAMLA NİHAN ÖZDEMİR was fantastic and settled any nerves I had. The hospital was immaculately kept and I was checked in on regularly after the procedure. The hotel is 5 star with friendly staff all around. Highly recommend!
