Ich bin unglaublich zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung Von der ersten Beratung bis zur Nachsorge war alles hervorragend organisiert und auf höchstem Niveau. Die Ärzte haben sich viel Zeit genommen, um meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir die beste Behandlungsmethode zu empfehlen. Das gesamte Team war äußerst einfühlsam und professionell, was mir ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und Vertrauen gegeben hat. Die Klinik ist modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber, sodass ich mich dort jederzeit wohlgefühlt habe. Das Ergebnis der Behandlung hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen - sowohl medizinisch als auch ästhetisch bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die intensive Nachsorge, bei der sichergestellt wurde, dass ich mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühle. Все прошло хорошо! (Пересадка волос) Это намного сложнее чем я думал. Нужно отдать должное коллективу за их заботу и терпения. Это касается от рецепции до клининга. Терпеливо встретили пера дали девочкам которые 8,5 часов не отходили от меня они большие молодцы.

Ездила на пересадку волос, все понравилось, компетентные сотрудники, есть русскоговорящий переводчик, советую клинику. Светлана огонь 🔥

Перед операцией все детально было рассказано что и как будет делаться особенно хочется отметить индивидуальный подход и забота до и после начиная с первого дня и до сегодняшнего дня.Отдельная благодарность моим врачам , за их профессиональный подход и конечно девочкам кураторам Свете, Анастасии и Екатерине которые всегда были со мной на связи и персонально. Efficiency: There was no loss of time and the schedule of activities was kept: consultation, surgery, transport. Personalized accompaniment: I was accompanied even for the purchase of medication and during the post-operative process. communication: I always received quick answers to my questions via Whatsapp, which was very reassuring. Welcome: I was given a very warm welcome at the hospital, and the nursing staff were very attentive. The medical staff is very competent; the results will be seen in the long term, but being a week away from the surgery I'm satisfied with what I see as a result. Я став пацієнтом цієї клініки вперше та обирав її дуже довго, щойно зробивши операцію по пересадці волосся. Відразу скажу шо спочатку бук відмінний сервіс та високий професіоналізм, який дуже швидко змінився на важливий супровід . Я був приємно вражений комфортом та піклуванням персоналу та лікарів, а також менеджера підтримки Rasol ☺️, який виконав свою роботу на відмінно до моменту оплати ! В день операції та на наступний був наданий український перекладач, яка була зі мною постійно. 🇺🇦Впродовж дня паралельно працювали багато помічників лікаря ,брали кров , робили пересадку та підготовчі роботи. Коли було погано - ставили крапельницю та завжди все тримали на контролі. В перерві також організували обід. Процедура пройшла на високому рівні , сподіваюсь на гарний результат . Подарували шампуні та наступного дня забезпечили всім необхідним , також надали ліки та повʼязку після миття .🛀🏿 Але не все так добре в цьому закладі, підтримка пропала вже на 2 місяці(!!) , хоча має бути 12 місяців та вони мають слідкувати за результатом.Вони просто перестали відповідати на повідомлення а менеджер пропав. Коли пишеш в соціальних мережах - просто читають . Після супровід це дно!!!!!!! я хотів зробити тут стоматологічні процедури, але після такого відношення не буду і Вам не раджу. Я думаю що після отримання коштів стратегія міняється і їм не цікаво витрачати на Вас час та вони не зацікавлені в результаті. Не рекомендую цей заклад за дивне відношення до клієнтів

Fiica mea mi-a recomandat această clinică. Am auzit multe despre clinică și despre medici de la ea. La început am crezut că exagerează, dar a trecut 1 an și jumătate și nu ies niciodată din clinică. Dr Nilgün și echipa ei fac minuni, vă evaluează tipul de piele și vă face recomandările în consecință. Acum îmi fac dinții cu Dr. Tahir, el este cel mai drăguț stomatolog din toata lumea (credeți-mi cuvântul că am 50 de ani și am avut o mulțime de stomatologi). Lasati-va în mâinile lor, ei știu ce să facă! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I was very pleased! I came alone and I felt at home, I didn't feel for a second that I was alone!The attitude was very kind and the surgery went smoothly. They took care of me before I was released and checked that everything was in order. In addition, they gave me home medicine and today, about two weeks later, they are still interested and asking how I am doing.
