From the start they were always there to answer questions. When it came to the trip, I knew exactly what I needed to do and where I needed to go as they gave clear instructions. On the day of the transplant, it was well managed and ran smoothly. The after care given was also amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Transfer Management - outstanding! Patient Coordinators - outstanding! Drs & Nurses - outstanding! I came back for my 2nd procedure with this company because the results of the 1st procedure in March 24 were so good. There is not one area I can suggest that needs improvement to enhance the patient experience because it appears they already have the process down to a tee! I have been to get my hair transplant done twice at Legend hair transplant and both times, they have been very welcoming, very hospitable and looked after my every need. The process was very swift and i highly recommend them for anyone who wishes to get a transplant done. They also looked after my accommodation and travel keeping me well informed as to pickup times etc. The staff over here are all very polite and very friendly. The nurses are always there to look after you, making sure the service that is provided is top tier. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend, everything sorted from airport pick ups to the hotel transport to the clinics. Very helpful and lots of great advice for after care. Definitely worth the time and money.
