After my surgery, I tried multiple times to reach the doctor but did not receive any response. I also contacted the team, but only the sales team replied and said they would refer me to the appropriate team. Unfortunately, no follow-up ever happened. I am still not satisfied with the outcome of my surgery and do not know whom to contact for support. I have been trying for months, including for urgent issues, but have received no answers. Communication and post-operative follow-up were very disappointing Wish they can reply to me soon

Ben Alpaslan yıldırıma 2020 senesinde estetik burun ameliyatı oldum. 4 sene sonra yazmamın sebebi bende yarattığı travma. Bu doktor yüzüme yakışmayan çok kalkık bir burun yaptı üstelik burnumda bir çıkıntı oluştu. Aynaya bakınca kendimi tanıyamıyordum. Yüzüm mahvolmuştu. O dönem pandemi dönemiydi sürekli yüzümü saklıyordum maskemi çıkarmak istemiyordum. Pandeminin bittiği dönemde bile sokağa maskesiz çıkmıyordum. Ağır bir depresyon yaşadım bu yüzden aylarca aynaya bakamadım. Doktora gittiğimde benimle ilgilenmedi ve üste çıkmaya çalışarak agresifleşti. Parayı aldıkları zaman sizinle işleri bitiyor. Alçımı çıkardığında yeni burnumu aynada bile göstermedi. Alçımı Çıkarıp anında gönderdi beni, asansör aynasında gördüm yeni burnumu ve yaşadığım şoku asla unutamıyorum. İnstagramda paylaşılanlara inanmayın. 2 sene bu burunla yaşadım sonra çok bilinmeyen çok reklam yapmayan başka bir doktora yaptırdım ve burnumu düzeltti artık aynaya bakabiliyorum kendimi tekrar sevebiliyorum.

10 years ago I had a bad nose surgery. I've been looked for a doctor for a long time. I was very scared that I had my second surgery and I met many doctors, but no one wanted to do my nose because my nose surgery was very difficult. And on the suggestion, I met Doctor Alpaslan Yıldırım. And 3 months ago my operation was successful. I am very lucky to have a nose operation on him. I don't know any doctor as brave and loving as he is. Very professional in his job, I highly recommend it !!! 💪🙏

I wish I could give a 10 star-rating. I am from Germany and after more than 1 year of research I decided to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Yildirim (05.02.21). After the surgery I can say he is the best surgeon for a nose job. I am overly happy with my result. My nose was not easy to operate but also not too difficult and after one month, I am loving my result already. I cannot wait to see the final result in one year but I made the right decision to go to this doctor. I am very picky when it comes to the medical standards and the perfect results after surgery and this doctor EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. He will change your nose to the best possible result. Plus Istanbul is an amazing city to visit. Thank me later :)!

He has done my nose back in 2017. Was the best i could have some! Hes very friendly and proffessional. Im very grateful i was three. My nose looks beautiful and natural. Since my surgery i have less problems with the flu and sinusitis infections. I recommend him. I would go there any day again.
