My mum travelled from the UK to Turkey in January 2025 for ptosis surgery on her right eye and upper and lower blepharoplasty on both eyes. After surgery, her right eye appeared noticeably larger and she developed ongoing functional issues, including difficulty fully closing the eye. She returned in May 2025 for corrective surgery, which did not resolve the problem. After this, the only advice given was eyelid massage, despite the surgeon being aware that my mum has keratoconus, a condition where eye rubbing or pressure is contraindicated. After a full year of healing, further revision was discussed. Although scar and muscle release was proposed, the surgeon confirmed that skin grafting or skin recruitment would not be considered even if eyelid closure remained inadequate. Given the persistence of functional problems after two surgeries and the lack of contingency planning, we did not feel it was safe to proceed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this surgeon.

I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty done two months ago as of writing this review. So far I am pleased with my results I have had no complications post surgery, no issues, pain etc. The results are not drastic but an improvement and I'm so happy I got the surgery done I found Dr. Dogan after reading multiple reviews online about his work. The experience was great. The staff that helped throughout the process were great as well (driver, hotel staff, nurse with whom I communicated on WhatsApp). Prior to going to Turkey I had a consultation through WhatsApp where I sent lots of pictures and had my questions answered. Once I was comfortable I booked the trip. The doctor was very nice and answered all my questions in person too. The surgery didn't take long, under local anesthesia, and the recovery was easy and painless. I had multiple check-ins on my healing progress, and once I was back home any additional questions were promptly answered.

Excellent services! I have recently had no touch laser surgery and the whole process has been delightful! Would highly recommend to anyone with optical problems!

Dr Emir Dogan is incredible in regard to eyes , I consulted with many doctors in New York and I didn’t see anything like the result Dr dogan can achieve . I had my bags removed from under my eyes and feel and look 20 years younger . I can’t wait to show my new face to people . Everything was so professional and seemed effortless from the nurses to the driver who could not have been more helpful . I could not be more greatful .

I've had eye bags for years. I chose this clinic as a result of long researches. Before my arrival, we made an online consultation and got answers to all my questions. They met me from the airport in a private vehicle. Everything was very good hospital, staff etc. It has been 6 months since the surgery and I'm satisfied with the result.
