I visited this doctor for a rhinoplasty consultation for my daughter. The assistant, Aisha, was rude and condescending, which immediately gave us a bad impression. During the consultation, the doctor gave little room for questions and quoted €5,000 right away. When I mentioned someone else had paid $3,900, he suddenly reduced the price to €4,500 without a clear explanation. When I asked about the price difference, he became visibly irritated and acted unprofessionally. Another mother warned me that the doctor doesn’t listen much to patient wishes and just follows his own vision. I also heard about a serious infection that occurred recently at Medical Park, the hospital where he operates. The girl suffered severe damage and now needs a corrective surgery. While this wasn’t directly the doctor’s fault, it raises concerns about the clinic’s hygiene and safety. Overall, I found the experience lacking transparency and professionalism. I do not recommend this doctor or clinic. Be cautious

Ich bin äusserst zufrieden mit dem Arzt, seinen Asisstentin, sowohl als auch mit meiner Nase.Er hat mich vor und nach der OP ausführlich aufgeklärt.Ich hatte keinerlei Schmerzen,die Heilung lief sehr schnell und unkompliziert ab.Wer sich für eine Nasenop entscheidet sollte definitiv zu Dr.Sertug.Er ist einfach ein super klasse fachkundiger und erfahrener Arzt.
