I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Fabulous company! I went to instanbul for surgery and my touring agent sorted absolutely everything out for me. We stayed in a beautiful 5 star hotel for a week, private car picked us up from the airport and the hospital to the hotel. Also when I needed check ups at the hospital throughout the week a car was there to collect us. Not for one moment did I feel stressed or nervous. My tour agent Emin was fantastic and put me at ease. We are still in contact now as he checks in to make sure I’m recovering well. Instanbul is a beautiful city also and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for everything medulux

I had a hair transplants and blepharoplasty with Medulux Health. Very satisfied with the results. They were very friendly and helpful with all their services. The advice was clear and at any time I felt I could asked questions. All the staff were very attentive and informative. The pickups drop off to the clinics were on time and polite.

Respekt an diese Firma wie Sie den gesamten Ablauf problemlos durchgeführt hat. Angefangen am Flughafen mit dem Service zur Unterbringung in das Hotel und immer mit einer Hilfsbereitschaft das man sich einfach in guten Haenden fühlt. Die Behandlung an meinen Haaren waren erstklassig so dass ich diese Firma einfach nur Empfehlen kann. RESPEKT RESPEKT RESPEKT

J' ai pris contact avec eux pour une greffe d'implant capillaire. Parfait! Rien à dire vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Prise en charge parfaite dès la premiere prise de contact. Une fois arrivé en Turquie vous êtes encadrés par l'équipe de Medulux Health Center que ça soit le transport, l'opération et l'hébergement tout était carré. Sur place tout est parfaitement bien organisé et géré. Que ça soit l'équipe médicale, le spécialiste, tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour que le séjour du patient soit inoubliable. Les explications sont parfaitement données du début à la fin. Suivi post opératoire également très bien assuré.Spéciale dédicace à Kader la consultante médicale qui est vraiment exceptionnel je la félicite et la remercie pour sa bienveillance et son profesionnalisme.
