Do not go there . I had a terrible experience with Natural Clinic . I do not recommend this clinic to anybody .I got dental implants and crowns and now I have many problems . Natural Clinic is avoiding me now and do not reply to my messages . Avoid this place !!!!!!!!!!

WARNING – Stay Far Away from This Clinic! I’m writing this review as a strong warning to anyone considering this clinic. I genuinely hope that by sharing my experience in detail, I can prevent others from going through the same nightmare my wife and I endured. This clinic is not only extremely unprofessional but also highly dishonest. They operate in a way that I can only describe as scamming patients, making empty promises, manipulating information, and dodging responsibility at every turn. Over four years ago, my wife and I paid a $2,000 deposit to this clinic for scheduled cosmetic procedures. Despite following every instruction and communicating clearly with their staff, we never received any treatment — and we have yet to be refunded even a single dollar. For more than four years, I have been messaging, emailing, and chatting with different representatives from the clinic, each promising to resolve the issue. Nothing has happened. Absolutely nothing.

Ho dovuto farmi curare in un'altra clinica perché non ho ricevuto una risposta alla mia richiesta di trattamento. Sono rimasto deluso dalla loro comunicazione.

I highly recommend Farouk who is an advisor and coordinator at Natural Clinic to my friends and family. He is very dedicated person who will provide outmost service. I am very proud of his work and dedication.

There is no other dentist I would go or recommend. Dr. Merve and her staff especially Raziye were patient, warm, welcoming, compassionate, professional. Very impressed with everything what they have done for me. All staff were very caring. I received a lot of advice and I am so grateful that I found a dental clinic I can trust 100%. Clinic is great, staff are friendly and the treatment was over the top. From the customer representative Baha to our interpreter Roaa to the drivers I can say enough my dad had a great experience, thank you all for making it an easy and painless process

Natural clinic has been absolutely amazing. I have just done my teeth in 6 days only.. the staff and doctors are incredible. Doctor Anil are just someone to remember. 5 stars to his service and work. I will forever be grateful for what he done

This is a great clinic and I highly recommend it for those wanting a professional and very high quality experience. The team was super friendly and helpful. Hazem in particular stayed in contact with me throughout the whole procedure and made sure everything was okay. I appreciate his effort and highly recommend him. The procedure was done efficiently and I liked my result.

Very nice clinic and professional. Doctors and nurses were great friendly and kind. Rubs and Inlay was my English translators. Ruba translated for me with the doctors and nurses. Inlay took care the drivers and front desk situation. I had a full Hollywood Smile 😃. Very happy so far with the outcome.

I recently had rhinoplasty and mammoplasty and I can say that the experience was amazing. The staff at the clinic was very professional and caring. My personal customer service representative was Rojda and I thank her for all her support through the process of booking a service and coming to Turkey and going through the whole process. My doctor was Dr Shamil and he is very talented doctor as I am fully satisfied with the results! Thank you for everything.

I highly recommend this cleaning to anyone who wants do a dental treatment they all very professional and they exactly know what is the patient needs .l honesty didn't expect it how well they are planning everything for the good of patient. Mira our consultant and she is our translater she was so professional and helpful she tried everything to wellbeing of her clients.

Sono stato in questa clinica due anni fa, organizzazione abbastanza precisa, spostamenti organizzati bene, anche se molti problemi per la traduzione in Italiano. Intervento effettuato che non mi aveva soddisfatto in pieno, la clinica si è premurata di rifare l'intervento pagando solo un 5% di spese mediche. Questa volta sono stato Operato da un luminare, il Dottor Royal, tutto perfetto, molto contento di tutto.Un ringraziamento alla clinica e in particolare a Moi Yassin, una persona unica, che mi ha seguito in questi due anni, con gentilezza e professionalità e Sofia, che è stata presente durante i giorni in clinica con un Italiano perfetto. Un appunto da fare per Amani Diaa, che mi ha supportato a distanza in modo eccelso, professionale e gentile.
