I had my rhinoplasty in 2022 with high expectations, as I was promised excellent results. Initially, everything seemed fine — surgery went ahead and I received good follow-up care while abroad. However, once I returned to the UK, communication stopped. My messages were ignored, and I only received a response around 6 months later despite raising concerns. I developed a bump on the bridge of my nose and it became wider. I was told to massage it, which I did consistently, but it made no difference. I waited a full year for final results, then tried again to contact the team but received little support. Now, 4 years later, after chasing repeatedly, I’ve been offered revision surgery costing £1600, excluding travel. Other ENT specialists have suggested poor technique. I’m very disappointed with both the result and lack of aftercare.

I met dr Emre first time in 2021. Even if I wasn’t sure what nose shape I wanted to have I trusted him and let him to choose best one for my face features. He made a stunning nose and changed my entire life by changing my face - I finally started looking pretty! Moreover, as I had a problem with my septum he also fixed it so first time in my life I could breathe. Dr Turken is not only a plastic surgeon but also ENT doctor so he knows what’s best for you when coming for nose surgery. Dr Turkmen privately is such a kind and helpful person . Always smiling and being so positive and always reassuring that all will be fine your nose. (And trust me I always worry a lot ). He never left me waiting for any of the answers and help if I needed any. I recommended him to many people who already had surgeries with him!
