I chose Orbismed after getting recommendations from a few friends and I wasn’t disappointed, From the moment I landed, I was greeted by a friendly driver who transferred me to my hotel and the next morning I was picked up again for my first appointment. When I arrived at the clinic, I was welcomed by a professional team who reassured me throughout the entire process and explained everything honestly. After 5 days, I left Orbismed with a life changing smile, and everyone was amazing, and they really make you feel welcome every step of the way. I had been using dentures for 6 years but I finally had enough because they were just not comfortable. I decided to come to Orbismed for an All-on-6 treatment on both jaws. I was unsure if I had enough bone to support the implants, but the team reassured me and performed bone grafting to make sure the implants would hold.

During my holiday, I had a deep cleaning, 2 composite bonding and laser teeth whitening at Orbismed. What I can say is This is not just a clinic but a dental hospital and it’s spotless clean with a truly professional and caring team. Every part of the process was handled with such care and attention. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after.

But the team at Orbismed took the time to explain why that would actually be a bad decision since my teeth were still in good condition. They recommended 28 zirconium crowns instead and I’m so glad I listened to them! The results are unbelievable, and my confidence is through the roof. What really impressed me is that they weren’t just after money. Full mouth implants would have cost a lot more, but they genuinely cared about my well-being and chose the best option for my health, not just the most expensive one. I can’t thank Orbismed enough for bringing my smile and confidence back.

Before starting the treatment, the dentist took the time to explain every step and what I could expect which put my mind at ease and eliminated any worries I had. The procedure itself was a bit painful at times, and I was exhausted after the first appointment but by the next day I didn’t feel any pain at all which reassured me that everything was going smoothly. The clinic is huge and spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

I loved that I was fully informed and quoted correctly before making any decisions or booking my flights. It gave me the confidence to move forward, knowing the exact plan and cost of my treatment before even traveling to Turkey. The fact that the Surrey clinic would handle my aftercare was a huge bonus and one of the main reasons I chose Orbismed. Once I was ready, I simply informed the Surrey branch and booked my flight, and from there, everything was professionally taken care of by Orbismed. The transfers, the hotel , everything was well-organized with no delays or surprises. When I finally saw my new smile, I was absolutely over the moon!
