Very bad communication, don’t answering to questions.

Very disappointed with the communication level in this clinic. The manager I contacted with specific questions about a procedure behaved extremely unprofessionally: no greeting, rude replies, and a complete lack of respect. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, especially for a medical facility. I hope the management takes this seriously.
