Avoid Cevre Hospital Istanbul – Fraudulent Practices and Poor Surgical Results! We made a 100% upfront payment for 3 procedures and 1 was cancelled before arrival, and we were promised a refund. We reminded them about the refund when we arrived at the hospital, completed their refund form, and were told the money would be returned within days. It has now been more than 3 months since our visit and almost a year since the payment, yet over 5,000 AUD has not been refunded. All our attempts to contact the hospital since then have been completely ignored. On top of the financial fraud : The breast augmentation surgery itself is unsatisfactory. The surgeon clearly didn't understand or follow my wishes. I didn't receive any post-op care instructions, No promised post-operative support, No follow-up communication. They take full payments, make false promises, deliver poor surgical results without any post-operative support. It's not a random error, this is systemic behavior, it's a criminal!

I'm absolutely stunned at the lack of customer service having had no response from the Hospital who still have my money. Upon deciding to attend Turkey for Surgery a friend of mine asked if I would take part in a documentary on Health Tourism. I haven't attended the studio to film my thoughts on my return home. The Hospital or should I say Dentist wanted to put things right. I'm a strong believer in giving someone the opportunity to correct things. After making a formal complaint via Hazem. Who on the 17th of Feb stated I should receive a response the next day. However nothing. This is a complex matter with alot of detail. Which I shall include within the next few days. I attended this hospital & Dental Department between the 27th of Jan & 6th of Feb 2025. I had paid for alot of procedures one of which was not done. However when I asked for a refund I was told many conflicting accounts to obtaining my money. Contacted the Ministry for Health in Turkey to take action

I went to Cevre Hospital for a neck lift 2 months ago. I must say that I had a great experience with everyone there. Start with Isilay that made all the arrangements for me and took care to explain to me exactly everything. And Ismet such a nice person. And finally Dr Ali who operated me, such a professional and really knows what to do. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you Cevre Hospital that you made me look 20 years younger. ❤️

I was in Cevre hospital on 11.10.2022. I would like to say about my experience in Cevre hospital was very good. Our international coordinator Nurdan was very reliable, trustable and very kind. All the time, when I need her she was there. I'm pleased to meet her. About me nurse Ismed he was speaking just Turkish, but we were understanding anyway, very professional and made me even massage after liposuction. He is a very friendly person. About the plastic surgeon Dr Ali Cem Oktay, he was looking very professional, a very serious person, very busy and he was studying all my health conditions. About the result, I will write when will be the right time. The hospital was very nice, clean and professional.

Surgery performed was liposuction & tummy tuck. I can say I was well looked after from all staff especially from Isilay. Her communication with me was fast effective & efficient & I highly recommend getting Lymphatic Drainage Massage done by their staff member. He is very professional & this helps your healing process. My stay was very comfortable the after care hotel was superb & Isilay is always there for you when you have any questions. Thank you Cevre Hospital & all staff. I am very happy with my results & I’m glad I got this surgery done.
