I had a septorhinoplasty at this clinic with Dr. Yazgan. Before my surgery, I was not informed about the potential use of grafts, which I later learned were part of the procedure. I was also advised that I could return to dancing after 6 weeks. During my consultation, I clearly explained that I liked my face and wanted only a subtle correction to straighten a minor bump caused by a previous bike accident. I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want major changes or a lifted tip. After surgery, I was initially very distressed by how different my nose appeared in the immediate post-operative photos since it looked small & short. Although I hoped the swelling would subside and the final result would align with our discussion, over the months, I felt that my nose appeared significantly smaller & more reduced than desired. I've reached out to the clinic & doctor for help. However, my concerns were dismissed and I was ignored & treated with disrespect. I was not treated honorably there.

I had a failed septorhinoplasty with Dr. Yazgan, unfortunately he didn't honor my request and when I brought my concerns months later after the swelling was gone, I was dismissed, his assistant Seray hung up on me, and I was sent a threatening email to remove my bad reviews. The doctor failed to disclose prior to surgery the use of grafts, was not transparent about what he can accomplish and promised to keep my tip as is which he didn't, ended up scooping my nose, removing 50% of it, removing all my natural cartilage and lifted my tip with a painful columella strut that I discovered months later he apparently uses it in all his rhinoplasties, but he never mentioned to me he would prior to surgery. I was also given incorrect timelines regarding to when I can go back to activities, that he then completely lied about later in attempt to gaslight me. This doctor has taken zero responsibility over his work. I was not treated with honesty, integrity or honor at this clinic. AVOID.

Removing the implant was never painful before!! I wish I could say positive things but unfortunately after my breast operation it passed over 3 months and I am still having pain and discomfort other then the how bad is the look. The way it’s look is took my self esteem down! One of my breast is smaller! And my right breast scar is about 1,5 cm lower then the left. I had 2 breast surgeries before never had problem neither recovery time or the look! Both my scars are so big and yet is still so red! I have scar tissues on both sides in my skin and in my breast! So the hospital was another disappointing part other then and surgery part! It took 7 hours 😳 Communication is Terrible!!!! They only stayed in contact with in the first month and DONE! Never again!!!’

Such an amazing experience, from the moment I arrived till I left Istanbul. They were really patient with me also before I arrived she always responded on every question really fast. Everything went really smoothly and they took really good care of me. Dr Samil is really friendly and listen good to what you really want. After the surgery they checked in everyday with me how I was doing and they really keep track. Also now weeks after the renate lift they still text me how the proces is going. I still need to heal for one month but till now everything looks super good! Im so glad that I choose for renate clinic, 10/10!

I met the Renate clinic on Instagram and immediately loved Dr. Yazgan's work. I am totally satisfied with their work, Dr. YAZGAN is so kind and patient and satisfied me in all requests and was very attentive to every need and made sure that everything was perfect and I didn't miss anything. All the staff of the clinic are available and meticulous: Gokce, one of Dr. YAZGAN's assistants has always been by my side and supported me in every request and need and despite being alone in Turkey she was like a family member. What can I say, a more than positive experience, maximum professionalism, dr. YAZGAN always reassuring, everything perfect and above all my expectations. I live in London and I was considering a gynecomastia operation. When I came to Turkey to visit my father, I didn't even think that I would have such an operation, but after meeting Renate clinic all my worries were gone. It is a wonderful and fascinating place, doctor Samil Yazgan is a very cheerful and energetic person, I felt safe with this doctor at the same time There is also a very cheerful nurse Ceren , A very good nurse transfers her positive energy to the whole team All the staff are very cheerful and caring, They text me shortly after I left the Clinic to ask how I was and how I was feeling, which is a very honorable thing. I recommend it to everyone.
