I absolutely DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone based on the terrible experience I had. I actually referred a friend to this clinic and was promised a coupon in return. However, she was unable to use it because they claimed the system wouldn't allow it. She paid half of the deposit upfront and the rest at the end of her treatment. When she presented the €200 coupon during the final payment, they refused to accept it. Even after discussing it with them, they still refused! Their professionalism disappeared once they received payment, and the consultant completely ignored her until the end of the appointment. They made her wait for hours, and it was ridiculous how they let people come and go during her treatment without giving her full attention. I was appalled! The communication was awful, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and they tried to push unnecessary treatments and charge more than initially stated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against going to this clinic!

Je suis arrivé à Istanbul lundi 4/7. Et on est 7/7. Tous a étais parfait soit au niveau médical ou au niveau accueil vraiment ça vaut la peine de commander la clinique saphir dent. L’organizzazione è impeccabile: dal trasferimento all’arrivo, tutto è stato gestito in modo puntuale ed efficiente. Anche se ho scelto personalmente l’hotel (e ho pagato le conseguenze di un errore), il supporto offerto dalla clinica è stato ineccepibile. Una volta in clinica, mi sono resa conto della loro straordinaria attenzione ai dettagli. I dottori e gli assistenti sono dei veri professionisti, capaci di affrontare con competenza anche i casi più complessi. Nonostante la difficoltà del mio caso, derivante da un disastro creato da una precedente struttura turca, hanno lavorato con dedizione per rimediare e ottenere il miglior risultato possibile. Oltre ai dottori e agli assistenti, tutto il resto dello staff si è dimostrato straordinariamente umano, attento all’ascolto e sempre disponibile. Sono persone eccezionali che mettono il paziente al centro, offrendo non solo un servizio impeccabile ma anche supporto umano. Consiglio 1000 volte

My name bouchaib I come from USA to saphiredent 3 days ago. I had 12 dental implants, maxillary sinus lift and bone graft. It was done by doctor Mehmet in one visit only. I am very satisfied with the result and I don’t have any swelling or pain after one day of the treatment. I felt very happy with Anas JH who was with me from the beginning providing all details and was with me through all the stages and for his quick replies and care. Thank you Adnan very much for being with me during the operation and translating. I had great experience at Sapphire clinic . The staff was great. Nerius and Naida made my treatment experience great, welcoming and friendly. Dr Fatima was very nice and caring. Did my moms teeth here and they did an amazing job, the process was so smooth and they were very nice and patient with her. Nerius and Jules were very helpful and kind. Dr. Refat was an amazing doctor he did a wonderful job with her teeth they look so good! He was very nice and every energetic and was very patient and helpful with her.

Good experience, Amazing service. Very professional,punctual. Services on time , I was introduced by Jules,he is amazing person, very organized and down to earth. Saphire dent has very good staff,I was welcomed by Nerius with a good smile and he was assisting me all the time,very sweat person. My treatment was done by Dr Vahap and root canal by Dr Amir. Both of them are amazing.I will highly recommend if you want to have your treatment done ,Dr Vahap is one of the best.

Absolutely amazing experience from the moment we arrived, transfers were arranged for us from the hotel to dentist each day, the staff were so friendly and helpful, I dentist was so professional and my interpretor explained everything, I'm leaving Istanbul with the most amazing teeth and I've met some of the most wonderful people here .We will definitely be back to visit beautiful Istanbul ❤
