Amazing team so friendly and helpful. Great communication from the very beginning and excellent ongoing support now at home and recovering. I have had a face and neck lift performed by Dr Teoman and although very early days with bruising and swelling, I am already very happy with the results. I highly recommend Surgery TR and if like myself you are concerned about the travel and language barriers, don't be, in fact if I choose to have any further procedures I would of course use Surgery TR again and feel happy travelling alone.

This company is an agency that connects clients with clinics. I had a hair transplant done through this acency. It far exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the amount of grafts i received and the quality of the work. They mapped my scalp and gave the amount of grafts that would produce the result i was looking for, which i believe was 4000 grafts. I will recommend this agency to anyone looking to do the same. The follow up is great too. The whole experience was great.

I am From Canada, and decided to have SurgeryTR do my hair transplant after researching three other companied in Turkiye. The reason was the way they treated my questions, I had the privilege of dealing with Sam, he answered all my concerns and questions very quickly and made me feel comfortable with going forward with SurgeryTr. They asked for a small deposit to hold the price and I had 6 months to make the appointment, I decided to go early as I knew my journey for a full head of hair was about one year so I Decided to go in February 2025. Before I went I was contacted by a wonderful lady named Seher she works in the operation Department and her job is to make sure your questions are answered that you understand the before and after post operation procedures, arranged my transfer from the Airport to the Hotel, which was for sure a 4 star, great location and friendly staff breakfast was included. Seher just made you feel comfortable she in my opinion is a very compassionate person.

4.5 0.5 held back for a clinical over compassion-based approach to patient care. I had a breast reduction/uplift and brachioplasty. The entire process was like a well-oiled machine from pickup at airport to hotel check-in, transport to clinic, pre-surgery work, surgery and post-op care. The clinic and staff know exactly what they're doing and execute all steps extremely well. I'm only four days post-op but I very much believe I'll be happy with the results. The bedside manner of the staff is very clinical and was lacking in bedside manner and compassion, but also extremely efficient and conscientious. Although most of the staff speak very little to no English, understandably, Hamza is provided as a sort of patient advocate/conduit. Hamza is the people part of the clinic and makes everything accessible between clinic staff and patient. I was phenomenally grateful for his presence, compassion, understanding and attention to detail in promoting communication between myself and clinic.

I was referred by friends to SurgeryTR. As they said, this company is very professional and well planned out. The transfer from the airport, meeting Homza at the hotel, all the details were perfect. I came alone and Homza made the entire experience comfortable and he was always there just a call or text away. Initially I worked with Damla, who was very responsive and followed up with answers to all my questions. I arrived on Monday late and had my surgery Tuesday morning at the hospital. Before the surgery, I had many questions and Homza translated everything. I was nervous, but 45 minutes later, my neck lift was finished and I was on my way back to the hotel. The hotel was clean and convenient. Breakfast was included each day. This company really has worked out all the details and I was very impressed from beginning to end.

The night at the hospital is definetly a must, I know that in France and Germany we are being sent home the same day as the operation but now that I actually had it I think that spending the first night at the hospital is much better. After that, the hotel I stayed at was nice and the room service was really convenient. I did have my fears leaving the EU for this operation but I have no regret! Everything went great, without struggles and everyone was very helping and caring. I can only recommend.

Through a digital call with the doctor and Selin, I received information and a familiar feeling. After I decided to go for it, Selin helped me excellently from start to finish! The treatment at the clinic was also fine. The nurses hardly speak English, which was difficult at times during the treatment. Mrs Selin was very great from the start setting up my appointment for me and scheduling my accommodations. Hamza was excellent and spent lots of time together getting things in order for my appointments. Always on time and even ahead of time. Dr temiz was thorough and precise and a kind and gentle comforting soul. The surgery was very successful and after only a week and a half I’m about 90% recovered. have had a very good experience with SurgeryTR overall. Starting with the communication before the actual arrival, where it was planned exactly when I would arrive, when I would go to the doctor etc.. So I had already gotten an overview of my trip and knew what to expect. For the arrival and also for the departure I was picked up by a nice van and driven to the hotel/airport. The hotel was on par with good German hotels in terms of standard, as I am in many hotels here in Germany due to business trips I can compare it well. My main contact person was Selin, she always accompanied me and was available to answer my questions. She really tried to make my stay pleasant and she succeded with that. I had not read any reviews from SurgeryTR before, but the comments here confirm my positive experience. I found the clinic through internet sites and therefore I had no reference of any acquaintance who had done the same. Recently back from having a arm lift. Amazing service from landing in Istanbul. Travelled alone but was made to feel comfortable and safe immediately. Everthing was organised for me prior to leaving the UK, all of my questions and concerns taken care of. Transfers , hotel, hospital, surgery , nurses were second to none. Excellent service from the interpreter Serjan , nothing was too much trouble. I am home now , healing and i am overwhelmed with the results so far. So happy. I am even considering going back in a few months for more work.

Very, very impressed first by the excellent medical care: professional, efficient, friendly and concerned. My doc and nurses were top notch and unlike here in Canada, very accessible. My translator, Sercan, was an awesome guy who was always there for me. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and spoke great English. Also a fun guy taking him out on the town shopping, eating and just hanging out. I'm impressed with the surgery itself. Looks great and is exactly what I wanted. Lastly, you can't go wrong with the low price and that it includes everything! Highly recommend this company and believe me if I had a problem I'd write it here.
