Best hair transplant clinic. Very professional and good service with amazing after care treatment plan. The doctors especially Dr. Shajeer is the best who did the surgery with utmost precision due to which the recovery time was less and no scars. The team working with him as well were really professional as well.

This clinic’s customer service is really bad I do not recommend. My transplant experience was okey. After that nobody did the follow up after surgery with me to check if I need something. The staff in the reception are really unprofessional. They do not care about you if done the transplant . if you are a new customer they care about you. after Surgery if you go PRP sessions you have to wait a lot of time. And all of them are just talking with each other.. don't think about ads all paid promotions

I had a disappointing experience when I tried to book an appointment with Sharjah Cuties International over the phone. The tone and attitude of the person I spoke to gave me the impression that they weren’t interested in gaining new customers. It felt as though my inquiry was not valued. I plan to visit the clinic in person to see if the attitude is the same, and I will reconsider my decision based on that. I hope the customer service improves in the future.

Happy with receptionists they are professional but issue is with lack of communication. Clinic encourages to have walkin appointments but makes patient wait for hours. Nurse pricked me thrice for blood samples. Technicians do PRP not doctors. She didnt explain the proceduee but just went off rubbi g my scalp hard which caused me loss of hair. Howevrr 2nd session was done by doctors, Ppreciate her politeness and professional approach Kind of lost in clinic. Courtesy is missing.
