I recently had a follow-up appointment after 10 days of a critical laser procedure at this clinic and I was quite disappointed with the experience on my recent visit. Despite having paid a significant amount for the service, I’m still waiting over an hour at the reception before being seen by the doctor for 3:30PM appointment. they’re not following up the given schedules / appointments and claiming its busy without giving you an explanation unless you ask them whats the reason for the delay. No apology or an explanation of what the delay is for. Such delays are frustrating, especially when you’re already investing a lot in your care. I expected a much more efficient, timely and professional experience given the cost.

I did lasik about a year ago, but the person who did the procedure intentionally kept my eye power slightly different, even thought I specifically asked not to, and now I’m near sighted in one eye and far sighted in another. I kept asking for a correction, but he kept promising that it will improve in time. It’s been over a year now, and it hasn’t improved. I struggle with my vision daily, and I regret getting the procedure done here because they ignored my request. I wish I could switch back to contact lenses or glasses. Be careful with your eyes and this place.
