I had a very bad experience. I went there to treat my skin and see a dermatologist, but I was transferred from one doctor to another. I was offered a package of treatments that made my skin worse. When I complained, I was again referred to another dermatologist, who provided a set of skin care creams that did not work and proposed another package of facial treatments for financial purposes only.

Loved this place ❤️, Renata was really nice and welcoming from the beginning of my telephonic appointment and she made sure I have the best of best service at silkor. Nurse Famela was kind and very good at her service which I required and suggested me for a good skincare after my service. Thank you Silkor Jumeirah team 💙 ❤️ 💙

Very bad service, rude branch manager, she doesn’t know how to talk to clients to absorb a situation, where they delayed my appointment over an hour without even apologizing. If am paying 100 aed for a service in a dodgy place, I’d understand the waiting time, however, well known clinic, we shouldn’t even wait 5 minutes for our appointment. Her disrespectful manner is unprofessional and unacceptable whatsoever I assure u, she needs more training in customer service and definitely needs some communication skills

Horrible customer experience, took an appointment on Saturday at 11am, I showed up and they told me sorry the consultant is not here for another hour… re booked for the Saturday after same time, arrived and they told me “oh no one called you to tell you your appointment is now at 1?”!!! Excuse me?? Never stepping in there again! Wasting people’s precious time on their weekends should not be a hobby…

Not a professional facility , all they care about is getting you to make the payment. They make you sign various consents before even meeting for the consultation , and they specifically hide details about payments like no refund policy before you make the payment. Staff is poorly trained . Would not recommend.
