Just had my periodical dental cleaning with Dr Naiara and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!! She does an amazing job and is such a calm and patient person! Thank you so much and see you again in 6 months! 🤩

VERY pleased with this clinic, it’s doctors, and services provided. Dr Kurup is extremely efficient, thorough, and made sure I understood every step of the treatment. His patient management is great! The clinic itself is also very welcoming and I’ve had 3 appointments in total so far and the waiting time for each one was virtually nothing. Very happy with Smilerite :)

Booked a specific treatment 3 weeks in advance of traveling. Kept reconfirming the treatment I required, but never got answers back, and then the morning before the day of treatment I again asked them to confirm the treatment as had a long distance to travel to them (and had a bad feeling), no response all day then at 7pm the night before my 9am appointment they told me the product needed wasn’t in stock. Terrible communication hope their dentistry skills are better than their customer service, extremely disappointing.

I went to my appointment that I have confirmed a few days before just because I forgot to confirm a day before my appointment was automatically cancelled. I find this very kiddish from your organization. I have been several times to your clinic and I always called to confirm or cancel and because I was busy and did not confirm a day before you automatically drop me. If anyone of your staff informed me of such policy I would have followed. This is totally unprofessional and you are treating your clients like children. You have already cancelled a previous appointment because the doctor was sick.
