Clearly knows his stuff and communicates/demos exercises effectively - so I understand exactly what I need to be doing to help with my hip rehab. Would highly recommend. I’ve also seen Georgia for PT and she’s great; she’s really knowledgeable and friendly designing sessions that are enjoyable and steadily progressively challenging for me; I enjoy turning up even on days when I’m not necessarily feeling it! I’m physically stronger and have a better core stability than I’ve had in years; another Berkshire Physio professional who I’d highly recommend.

Alex Poulton, is the best physio I could have asked for. From being unable to walk, to jogging 14k in less than six months. Highly recommended!

Rebecca is treating my daughter for a knee problem. Since starting the recommended programme of exercises and stretching there has been a big improvement. Rebecca has a rigorous problem-solving approach to diagnosis and is very good at asking the right questions to enable a younger person to explain their symptoms. Our whole experience with Berkshire Physiotherapy has been excellent.
